On the lyrical tip all artists brought you into that situation. CNN got nothing on them. As for the music, DJ Pooh and Co. put the beats and music together in a way that really put you on an emotional ride from the chaotic horn/flute-like loop in King Tee and Yo Yo's verse all the way to the angry pissed off sounding music behind Threat and Cube's verses. I know some of the original songs those loops came from but I'd love to know where the others came from. If Pooh tried to pull that track off in 2014 it'd cost a major grip. This is fire hip hop at is best from the Fresh Coast to the world...and yeah KRUSH SAID IT!??

Nowadays rappers maybe tweet about the same issues then go to the studio and rap about nothing. (Generally speaking)

Yeah pretty much. No balls. They are more worried about losing likes/followers and than truly standing up for a cause. BTW, Black Lives Matter was never a real movement. IF it was, it would go on no matter if there was a shooting or not! That's the only time you hear about it.
