There's a tablet in Timurlane's tomb and it says "Whosoever Disturbs My Tomb Will Unleash an Invader More Terrible than I." In 1941, a few soviet scientists opened the tomb of Timurlane and a few months later Germany declared war on USSR

Actually , there were even more to the story . Just after Howard Carter and his team left the cave , a huge sandstorm sprang up and whirled round the mouth of the cave . After it died out , a hawk was seen flying to the west . The hawk was a symbol of the royal family ; the west was the Egyptian land of the dead . Lord Carnarvon died on April 6 , 1923 , less then a year after the discovery . He died from a mosquito bite from his left cheek which became infected . When doctors later examined the mummy of Tutankhamen they noticed a strange mark on the mummy’s face … on his left cheek ! The night Lord Carnarvon died in the Egyptian Capital Cairo , the city lights failed and plunged the city into darkness . At the same time in Hampshire , England , his dog let out a how and died . ‘ The cruse of Tutankhamen ! ‘ people muttered . In the following months the deaths of several others who visited were blamed on the curse . One was an Egyptian prince , Ali Farmy Bey , who cou,d trace his family back to the pharaohs. He was murdered in a London Hotel and his brother committed suicided .
@ThanhNguyen-bs5bk2 жыл бұрын
That is just urban legend, all of those supernatural stories were only added long after his death. And only actually 8 people presented at the tomb opening, ever died within a dozen years. Howard Carter died only 16 years later; Lord Carnavon's daughter, who also one of the first people to enter it, lived for another 57 years.
