King Zwelithini's will | Judge Madondo denies defence request to recuse himself

Pietermaritzburg High Court Judge Isaac Madondo has denied a request from Queen Sbongile Dlamini-Zulu's legal team for the matter to be rolled over to tomorrow to allow them to file an application for him to recuse himself. Queen Sibongile Dlamini-Zulu, the first Queen of the late AmaZulu King Goodwill Zwelithini and her daughters Princesses Ntando-Yenkosi Zulu as well as Ntombi-Zosuthu Zulu-Duma are challenging the validity of the late king's will. Judge Isaac Madondo is hearing the matter at the high court in Pietermaritzburg.

Marriage was dissolved,however, mostly a husband would dissolve the marriage, the wife would rarely attempt to dissolve the marriage wouldnt succed anyway. Due the the economic impact, avoiding disgracing her family and clan. Wives then were not treated as they today. Not only in our culture, including that of the Europeans etc.
