You have outdone yourself. A fantastic film and soundtrack for two very special bikes. The H1 is in such beautiful condition for a bike built in 1969. I love the drum brake! And the sound of the two stroke triple coming out of the standard exhaust is simply amazing. Thank you.

Yes agree. My old Kawasaki mechanic said that these early bikes were the fastest but it was before my time. The Honda 750/4 and Z1 had become popular because they were fast and refined. No smoke, no noise, faster to get somewhere because of better fuel economy.

I have owned a Kawasaki motorcycle since I was about 5 years old. I had an H2 750 in high school, and the best modification I found, was swapping out the factory coils with VW bug coils. I am 57 now, and I have had a 1975 Z1b for almost 30 years now. I have turned down so many offers to sell, and some ridiculous money!

I appreciate your valuable experience. I think, old Kawasaki bikes are precious existence these days!
The skinny front forks are overwhelmed by large bumps and can get into a tank slapper. Not far from my home ( in Australia) is a series ( three) of closely undulating humps in the road in a 60kmh zone. Unfortunately when you are young and stupid and doing 140kmh, instead of observing the speed limit, you find out the limits of the handling. That was on a Suzuki GT750M. Dirtbike riding experience teaches you to hold on and pray. That time for me it worked. Only underwear soiled. 😂

IDK, my 71 H1 never had a problem beating CB750's.....and why did I not see a single wheelie? That is what a Kaw triple does best! LOL
