200K bail? There is no amount of bail money that should be sufficient to get him released pending trial given the sheer menace to the community he has been. He is dangerous. He has no place roaming the streets, no matter what set of conditions you impose. In the federal court system his crimes would qualify for presumptive detention. He'd be held pending trial and would not be allowed out for any reason. We ought to do the same thing at the state level. I realize the activists would cry about that. Let them. This man has shown himself to be a threat to the community and nothing good could come out of letting him out of jail. You let him out and, mark my words, he'll commit more crimes and/or try to flee from prosecution.

Finally some hearting news. Does the mean the end of crime in Seattle including the greater seattle areas and…..and will there be a parade celebrating the end of crime on 3rd Street in down town Seattle, including downtown Bellevue? Given this, Since Washington state politicians refuse to ban handgun and assault rifle ownership simply because they wish to remain on the NRA’s “A” list for contributions in order to remain in office, like the not so Supreme Court judges forever, I propose Washington state politicians propose a CRIME APP Bill similar to weather APP’s used on iPhones including other none apple cell phones which would indicate when it is safe to leave one’s home to perform a myriad of daily actives in a safe environment. The App would be color coded. Green for safe for performing safe activities for each neighborhood including when it would be safe to drive on major freeways of the grater Seattle areas without getting shot. Yellow code for caution enter a particular neighborhood with caution at your own risk. A Red color indicator: Remain home gun violence exists from a teenagers with handguns/assault rifles. A double red flashing indicator: High possibility exists for a car jacking or a drive by shooting by god fearing second amendment person using a legal or legal weapon. Also, large electronic signs shall be posted on entering major freeways stating: Enter Seattle at your own risk; you may be a victim of carjacking or a carjacking/shooting. Large Electronic signs with the above warnings would be posted when entering Bellingham. Edmonds, Everett, Tacoma, including Olympia Washington. Also, when crossing into the State of Washington from Oregon or British Columbia, a Large Electronic sign shall be posted stating: ENTER THE STATE OF WASHINGTON AT YOUR OWN RISK SIMPLY BECAUSE POLITICIANS WISH TO REMAIN ON THE “A” LIST OF THE NRA, THEREFORE IT IS ADVISED TOURIST REMAIN IN THIER HOMESTATES IN ORDER TO AVOID HANDGUN AND ASSAULT RIFLES SHOOTING TAKING PLACE DAILY IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.
