I used to work at a store that had carts with all four wheels able to 360 rotate & the parking lot was on an incline, there was no way to stop the carts from rolling besides resting them against something. BUT we had straps that let us control them and keep them together. Idk what the dude in the clip's situation was, but surely there were options to prevent this lol.

i have a chronic fatigue syndrome and a health condition in which it is recommended for me to not consume caffeine. i am also a college student who has a 7 hours to and from school to home. i fell asleep at the wheel once during my first year of college and was woken up (thankfully) by the rumble strips on the side of the road. i was in the middle of nowhere with no one around me so there was no accident but it was terrifying. after that drive, i get a coffee every time i make that drive and it is the only time i will drink caffeine bc the temporary strain on my heart is worth it bc i'd be close to death either way and 8oz of coffee is generally said to be fine but not recommended for my condition. dont drive while tired if you can help it, it is terrifying!

4:28 Under Australian driving laws (ik it's the US, but it's an example that *could* be a law there idk) if a rear end situation happens and you hit the car in front of you, then you are only liable for the damages to the car you hit as you likely did not give enough gap between you and the car in front. THAT is probably why they got in partial trouble

I’d say cereal is different from soup because the main component in not the broth but the cereal itself. Oatmeal as well is not a soup because the liquid is an adaptive, whereas something like chicken noodle soup is mostly broth, with the chicken and noodle being a lesser component.

I've fallen asleep at the wheel coming up on a turn one night. Woke up bouncing around in my seat with the airbag in my face. No other vehicles involved, I crossed into the other lane and went into an embankment. Suffered a compression fracture on my L1 vertebrae and was unable to work for 3 months. Car was my mom's and everything besides the engine itself and the radiator were hanging loose. Tore off the rear bumper and bent the frame. Insurance covered it and because there were new parts installed, my mom was able to get more money back than she originally paid for it.

gonna self report too bc I drove in a manic episode on barely any sleep and was doing that little like "head fall, jump back awake" kinda thing and those like 2 seconds were enough to rear end a car on the motorway, dumbest and most terrifying moment of my life. waking up a split second before a high speed collision isn't smth I recommend to anyone (both me and the other driver were fine but we easily coulda not been) so if ur ever a little too sleepy to drive, pull over on the side of the fkcing road or smth, nowhere u can sleep will be as sketchy as driving like that is
