The dmm all stars was probably the best week of watching OSRS streams I’ve ever experienced. Mostly watch Oda and Torvesta’s teams. The finale was wild, you could really tell how much RNG plays a role in PvP, oda lost a fight where he hit over 75% off prayer and the guy he was playing only hit 25% off prayer. That’s crazy. Maybe something Jagex could look into tweaking? You should be rewarded for having better skill imo. The amount of 0’s off prayer on robes was crazy the whole event for everyone. Also pretty sure mammal KO’d someone while they were praying correctly, and on tank I’m pretty sure. Too inconsistent.

Tbh the final was fck for oda. When Rhys got hit 30 or something that sealed the teams fate. Also pulling 8 total zammy hilts trying to get a staff of the dead. Was the most luck unlucky rng I've ever witnessed.

While I don't really care about DMM or pvp in general, the tournament and the week lead up to it was genuinely entertaining. I was watching it mostly from the perspective of B0aty's team and their banter was 10/10 the whole week. Was super fun to see everyone having a good time.

Hey king have u tryed hunting chins lately i think theres a problem with the box traps.they auto set them selfs after u pick them up??witch is slow asf then if u try set b4 the auto setting it sets 1 and drops 1 its so anoying and u cant take spear traps incase u lose 1.go try hunt some red chins and take spare traps ull see what i mean cheers.

DMM was great. It will only get better when they do it again. The only real critiques I have are; find a way to make sure people can’t stream snipe and incentivize PVP during the week.

the dmm allstars was great, content was great but i think the streamers/content made would've been able to compete better if osrs had of done 90% of the recording and the players could've focused more, the outcome may have been different

The streamers beed to stream if they have a contract/make money. But runescape should of did something that groups all of their streams together. But would prob make stream sniping easier for a couple few players no names

Another excellent episode of rune news on rune news, but i must hard disagree with your opinion of double elimination brackets. If you want to be the team at the end that has to be beat twice, dont lose in the earlier rounds. Simple as

Probably the best RS event ever. Would be cool to do it like every 6 months or yearly. Only complaint would be have more streamers/ content creators (like 60-75), so theres more pvp action during the week.

@@jasonjewett5458 They only have 1 week to prepare is the biggest factor and I doubt that's going to change. Removing someone's food for the finals is a way to encourage pking (it was just after every 4 deaths so it wasn't a legitimate strategy). Who did you watch in dmm? What was repetitive in dmm? there was new content like every day and most people enjoyed it. Even players like oda who is a pker that didn't get to do much pking said it was the most fun thing he's done on runescape. What do you think about them adding cash to players death key to give them more incentive to pk? 50k-100k first 10 hours of starting and maybe 500k cash on the 2nd day of dmm

Personal Opinion of Double-Elim is that it just makes sense, otherwise you can throw off the seeding intentionally if you think you'll get a better bracket through losers side. It's only fair that winners side of Grands gets afforded the same "free" loss as all the other teams. Otherwise just cut off the tourney at Winner's Finals and make it single elimination. That said! I would have much preferred a round robin bracket (All teams face off once). Then you could have the 2+ best performing teams compete in a final match/bracket. It's a better format for winner-take-all like this, and we get more matches and content.

The B0aty Burgers playing for fun made the whole event great, Westham stream sniping in max pvp gear the whole tournament was lame and I hope he doesn’t get invited to the next one.

don't be silly. People were not stream sniping. The reason westham was finding people is because his team spooned items on the first day to allow him to go pvp and he was hitting up hot spots (revs/wildy) in the early game. Not too mention the people attacked by westham would go back to the same spot and be found again then ask "how does he keep finding me".

I rooted for ODAS team because they provided the best drama, i'm not even an odablock fanboy but i find Dino pretentious and he said some underhanded or backhanded compliments that came off as douches and snakey about Odablock in general. He's also just a tad bit cocky for a dude 120 lbs soaking wet with boots still on.
