A small correction. When Daniel Vávra said, "Back then 10 years ago at the beginning it was only 11 of us in a small office." people understood it wrong as if only 11 people created the entire Kingdom Come: Deliverance, but that's not what Dan meant. He meant that there were only 11 of them for a short time when they founded the studio. As they worked on the first KCD, the studio gradually expanded, and by the time they released the first game in 2018, there were around 120 of them.

I just finish the first game for the first time, I agree it take a minute to get used to the gameplay at least I try two different time to play it but couldn't get pass the prologue, at first I tought the game was glitchy and slow, but I quickly realized it wasn't the game it was my character the one that was slow and not train for anything, once you train and level him up it becomes a great experience, I can't wait for the second one to come out!

I agree if you want more polished experience, just wait for the second game. It has already 300000 fixed bugs, they are working on it :D At the release of the first game, there was much much more then 11 people already. Dan Vávra was behind the 1st and most of the 2nd Mafia game. Give him resources and he will give you a good RPG. Good discussion. And they choose their publisher to have full freedom, they are not talking to the developement. If it will have really good results, let's hope it will stay this way.

They were bought by Embracer, were they not? Doesn't that mean they didn't choose the publisher? Are you certain they have creative freedom and final say on the product?

@@ThaWereWolf They were talking about publisher so i was too. I don't know these things. But they have full freedom. It was said like 3 times by 2 or more people from WH. It was their main condition I think.

​​@@ThaWereWolf My cousin works at Warhorse and apparently they're not restricted by the publisher at all (although I'm guessing that might change in the future if KCD 2 becomes really popular).

idk, in 2024 it is comfortably runs at my shitty laptop with pre-best grafic. And for all my last playthrouh=gh i met only one major bug that made me reload
