All the game's ads and extras on yt has been on point too. I quit half way through the first one. I think I'll go back and try to finish it.

Thank you for reviewing this game. Hopefully the AAA gaming industry starts a new chapter and begins to taking risks, being creative, passionate and talented again. Keep up the great work man.

I have a feeling the old guard of AAA games will just get smaller and go extinct and the new wave of companies like Warhorse, Larian and FromSoftware will gradually take their place at the top.

I have to give a shout-out to the WolfhartFPS YT channel. Terrific KCD2 and other gaming content.

This game is absolutly incredible! This is the modern Skyrim for me. This is the new Bethesda and I say this as a dude who actually did enjoy Starfield quite a bit despite being disappointed. (Yep its possible to still like something and be largely let down by it). This game is the shit!

100% agree with everything you just said.

I’m still too deep into Baldurs Gate 3 to get into this game but it’s definitely on my list.

BG3 is my all-time favorite game so I totally understand.

Ah..a voice of sanity in the mess of a controversy that seems to surround KCD2. Best avoided as many disingenuous actors involved. 100+ hrs in and I can safely say this is the most sophisticated and intricate sandbox I've ever seen. It makes Cyberpunks Night City look like a bad stage prop. This is aside from the huge hand-crafted mission and quest framework. I haven't seen anything like this sandbox where if you take the time and effort I swear every npc has a backstory, narrative and gameplay agency. It's stunning.

Well said. This game is going to keep me busy for many happy weeks if not months.

I'm looking forward to Obsidian's new RPG, Avowed coming out later this month. It's set in the same world as Pillars of Eternity (definitely play those two isometric RPGs too since you like BG3). 10 hours into KCD2. Couple of annoying fights early game but that's to be expected. I played the entire first game with Pebbles. Next goal is to find the horse and then maybe go after the dog.

This game is a definite buy for me, but not sure how soon. Usually I wait until all the bugs are cleaned out. The only other game on my radar right now is Civ 7. Pretty exciting to have so many rave reviews on KCD2 already. They really did knock it out of the park.

This game is in the best state a game has released in in years. With the exception of BG3. Sure, there's some. But its incredibly well polished and optimized. I wouldn't hold off buying just on that account. You shouldn't have any major issues. It's really fantastic. If you liked the 1st game, it's that, but everything is 5+ years refined.

Civ 7, lordy. I got dangerously addicted to Civ 5. I guess I'll have no choice but to try it.

Nothing but love for the puppy dog. First quest of the game is getting him something to eat.

Is this game based on a book series like the witcher?
@geekinwithJamesHancock14 сағат бұрын
I don't believe so. Warhorse Studios just uses the medieval politics of the early 15th century as a backdrop.
