Rules lawyer here :D 8:39 - you don't select the phase, the bold is gained during the hunt phase, so you gain prepared and roll on the according table 12:55 - closest threat, not random threat. You could've picked the target 18:37 - he loses the priority target token, because he has already been picked as a target 33:00 - blind spot is not field of view Well, you are getting better :) great video, as always!

Yes another excellent video! It brings such a smile to my face to see another upload of Kingdom Death Monster from you! It's always something to look forward to! Of course the time you move the Lion closer it would have to ambush you! Such bad luck! Fortunately Lucky was living up to his name sake doing a lot of damage to that White Lion! Slip ups: 8:41 Unfortunately you don't get to pick your Bold option. It's picked for you. At the top it states: "Select the triumph corresponding to the current game phase." Meaning you would have to gain the Hunt Phase Triumph! So you would be Prepared and gain +1 permanent movement from that 10 roll you did. 12:48 Not exactly a slip up, but you're being harsh on yourself when you don't need to! Unless the pick target states "Random threat/survivor" you don't have to randomize. So considering everyone was exactly 6 away you could decide who will take the attack. A good tactic is to target your tank :) 25:28 You failed to wound the Strange Hand! It has a failure reaction targeting the attacker with basic action! 25:40 Once a monster hits the board edge, it stops it's movement! If it starts it's movement already adjacent to a board edge, it simply moves along in any direction you choose. 32:58 The only place that isn't field of view is the blind spot. Unfortunately the basic action would have targeted the girls! Not too many this time and the most of the rules are just minor slip ups and me just being nitpicky! Hopefully it helps with further gameplay of this amazing board game! It deserves all the enjoyment and love! I'm glad to see you're enjoying the game as it really shows in the quality of videos that you make. Keep doing what you're doing, hopefully it's not too stressful to edit such amazing quality content! Thanks again and I can't wait for the Screaming Antelope fight! :D

Andrew Branson lick wounds doesn't move the monster forward in the straight line, but away from all survivors, so he played correctly :)

Correct me if I am wrong, but also at 11:37 the survivor corpse terrain piece was actually placed 7 spaces away... This is legal, but when counting how far away it has to be, 6 spaces away would mean five spaces between the two terrain pieces (the sixth space being the space you can put it on).

WOAH MOMMA! Awesome! Getting ambushed was amazing! Ripper wasn't doing too well with the bow until the end there. And Eva is doing some serious business with the cat eye circlet. Brilliant stuff, this one is worth a rewatch xD

Haha! She was so disappointing in that first part - lucky she got a wound in otherwise she'd be off to fight the Butcher solo. Thanks heaps for watching, glad you enjoyed :D

Good job! Keep it up! Love the editing (I can imagine it does take up a lot of your time to make the video look so nice and streamlined, so much appreciated!) There were some relatively minor rules corrections for this episode: - I think you forgot the +1 Strength and +1 Evasion to all survivors for having Survival of the Fittest (I never saw it mentioned). - When you triggered Bold during the Hunt phase and rolled a 10, your survivor gets +1 movement and not +1 speed. - You can start the showdown standing on a stone face (or other similar terrain that you are allowed to stand on). - When the AI card says something like "closest threat" and there are multiple equidistant targets, you are allowed to choose (so choose someone with armor!). You only randomise when the AI card says something like "random survivor/threat" (as for Size Up). Also survivors in the blind spot don't count as being in "field of view" (i.e. that last basic action the lion did). - When the monster moves to the board edge, it stops moving. When it starts next to the board edge and has to move, that's when it instead moves along the board edge (left or right).

Legend, George! Great pickups! Survival of the fittest is soooo much better now. You know I've still been playing with the first edition 1.0 Innovation cards, and its only +1 strength to newborns... didn't even think to check if the errata for that one was anything major. I'm going to have to swap them all out over the weekend, haha!

Bits Of Board Haha the 1.0 Survival of the Fittest was so bad.. Now its very good if you can get around the intimacy penalty (face painting!!!)

Nice video, make the miniatures armors
@BitsOfBoard6 жыл бұрын
Yeah I should really get around to them. Should probably make one for lucky now that he's got the raw hide set.

The way I like to play (this really comes down to personal taste I guess) is to keep each miniature to the survivor it was first assigned to, and only changing the mini if it has some sort of story defining significant upgrade. So when creating a new character I look at the armor set/partial set they initially are being assigned to, and assign them a new figure based on that. If they happen to later use a different set, so be it, I like to remember the characters based on their unique mini. I rarely have an instance where I don't have a relevant new model to assign to a new character. Models are eventually recycled.
