I've gotta say, this is one of my favorite Organization member fights purely because it fits Vexen's theme so well- he gathers enough data on you to create a stronger and stronger replica of you, stalling and hiding behind his shield like a true tactician rather than rushing blindly into combat.

Nah dude, the only problem with Vexen in CoM was his damn Auto-Life Boss card, and if kid me knew how those worked I would have put Parasite Cage's boss card in no questions asked. Not to mention his shield blocks all physical attacks and hitting him in the back was tough because he moved so damn fast

I had so much hope for Disney and Square Enix... ...And they've failed me yet again. HOW DO YOU GET AWAY WITH SIMPLE LAUGHTER?! I was hoping for at least SOME quotes like in Re: Chain of Memories, but just cries of pain and laughing?! What, were the voice actors dead or something?

No, I meant the English version. I don't care if the Japanese version didn't have quotes. I mean, yeah, it's a downer for them, but finally, there was a chance for those who saw the old data battles to finally hear how the English voice actors & actress would play their roles. And it was simply mimicry of how the Japanese did it. Not only does it scream "lazy" (On Disney & Square Enix's parts), but it lets down and crushes the hopes of hearing Vexen taunt Sora while battling him once more. To hear Larxene belittle Sora on the battlefield. To hear ANYTHING else other than grunts of pain and laughter! That is what ticked me off so much about this.

D-Up 242 People who saw the old data battles are hearing an exact English equivalent because the original didn't have any quotes either, just laughter and grunts. Both versions of Re:CoM feature the characters putting more personality into the battle with their quotes. No version of 2 Final Mix+ feature quotes from the members who were killed in CoM. It's consistent in respect to the individual games.

The worst part of this fight is his dumb ass shield. If you did not need to break it with the damn finishing move it would be tolerable. But now he just bullshits his way with his shield and his stupid anti Sora does not stop attacking you so even if you break him he could waste your time and miss some good damage on him.

Collin Drey Well, I can't speak for "people" but I can tell you that I dislike him because he's a coward, he toys with his opponents in ways that aren't badass, and his effeminate English voice just seems off to me. I'm not too fond of Demyx either for reasons I trust I don't have to explain.
