Another great entry from the great Kurasanick thank you for your hard work as always! I couldn't even imagine the amount of effort it took to put together this moveset and the entire mod in general. Its always a treat to see your newest showcase and seeing this made me realize how much Mysterious Figure's attacks are similar to Vanitas' in a way and these attacks are surprisingly fitting for him. Keep up the great work man can't wait to see what you got for us in the next update :D

I never thought a more technical fighting system could work so well with KH but this is really good. The stance change mechanic is such a brilliant mechanic, being able to use multiple movesets on the same keyblade opens up so much potential, and it safes using another keyblade slot. Great work as always guys 💚

With the first release of the mod, given what we know, you’ll have five Keyblades, and Rage Form, complete and playable. That leaves 13 more weapons to work with, 9 of which will be for the rest of the Organization, assuming you don’t count Vexen and Demyx. I’m incredibly excited to see what you end up coming up with in the future. Especially for Xemnas. I can easily see the Blizzard Claws and Blizzard Blades working well as a base for Xemnas’ weapons. If this form is any indication, it’s guaranteed to be mind blowing.

BTW guys if you pause look between the part after the Void Remnant finisher is done but before he starts it up again (Example: 7:34), you can see in the shortcut command menu Earqus D-Link. I think I have an idea on what going to be next on the list

"Here's the shotlocks we missed last time-" Is it the beam is it the beam is it the beam isitthebeamisitthebeamisitthebeam - YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS I love the attention to detail with this form - every form of Vanitas is represented, virtually every ability he's ever shown throughout Birth By Sleep is painstakingly reconstructed. (I can't even imagine how you pulled off Dark Fang since I don't think there's anything like it in KH3, or what kind of nightmare the clone summons are across these forms.) The stance change addition is particularly interesting. Normally there are Keyblades that might go under the radar for certain fights because they either have too much or too little focus on crowds versus single-targets, or the pace for them is off against certain bosses, and the ability to swap between stances could mean specialized options for either eventuality.

:D the stance system isnt perfect yet. for instance you can only change stance once and then that form will keep that stance until the next loading screen. in the future itll hopefully be possible to swap between several stances !

Video takes me back to the early BBS days of finding ways to cheese Vanitas sentiment, tornado, hiding behind rocks and using strike raid, haha. Also I'm assuming we could swap out the model and voices for a true Vanitas experience when this launches? Also just to say, I love your work and I'm extremely grateful someone with clear talent has passion for this series. Kh3 has so much potential.

I’ll share everything I did for my Vanitas form with the creator of the playable Vanitas mod and he will probably implement some of it. Just swapping models in this case isn’t really practical since all these animations are for YX skeleton only. Also, thank you for the support !!

I just realized something... Since you are making this big project... and you're making all these different keyblades, you could make a master xehanort mod. You already have the vanitas stuff to put on the blade, all you really have to do after that is make use of the Hunny Pot keyblade coding for xigbar, the frost / Frozen keyblade ice claws for larxene, Nano gear can be used really on anyone but I thought about just using it for someone like Terranort, use either oblivion or oath keeper double form for xemnas, and more. I know it's gonna be a challenge but the amount of people wanting that kind of mod will put you out there for others in a big community. Other than that, something you can do since this mod exists, make a Vanitas mod. There are mods for Vanitas, but none of them are like your vanitas stuff. If anything, they're re-skins with 7-10 different mods to make 1 character. You are putting 3+ characters into a singular mod XD. Project Equinox was insane, this one and the terra one was insane, if you made a vanitas one, you might as well be a lead mod developer and get paid at this point. Loving the work you're doing, you deserver over a 100k Subs man, keep up the good work! I look forward to this mods release

That’s not how modding works bro. Every character model has their own skeleton and these animations are specifically made for YX . Converting all of them to another skeleton would 1. take A LOT of time and 2. not work just like that since there’s height differences etc between characters so most animations would also need manual adjustment I do not have the time nor interest to do that

@@therecusant well I could understand that you can’t do it for all of them. At the very least, you could do it for Vanitas. I know modding is difficult but most mods I have seen are texture models with the battle quotes from BBS included (I mean there is no unique mod similar to yours). The unique skeleton I understand but I’ve seen mods for a certain style of combat you can use on any character. I mean, xion fighting style on terra does not have a broken look, granted there are a couple times where it does look like the key blade goes through their body. I did not understand at first what you mean by that’s not how modding works because there are plenty of examples of what I mentioned and I still don’t but it’s fine. If it isn’t your interest, I understand. It’s just an idea.
