Undoubtedly one of the most requested pieces from Kingdom Hearts, and quite frankly, one of the most beautiful. During the past couple of days I have been messing around with arrangement ideas, and my approach may be very different from the original piece, but I'm hoping you folks will still find this as amusing as you always had!
If anyone was wondering, I improvised off of the piano collections version. Hope this helps :)

When I saw this on my main page I thought "Dear Lord, he didn't :D" And yeah, he did! My favorite musician on KZbin playing my favorite piece. What I don't understand is how you don't like something as beautiful as this video..regardless of where it's from. I don't know much of anything about kingdom hearts but listening to this music, I can say I know why Kyle chose to play it. This video in particular is very powerful, to say the least...just because you don't have previous connection doesn't mean you can't enjoy music simply for what it is.

Sephiroth Bahamut no, the title is correct, as this piece is not vector to the heavens, it is musique pour la tristesse de xion, that's what yoko shimomura named it in the piano collections, vector to the heavens is a different variation of the piece that sounds very similar

I actually quite love this arrangement. instead of finding it messy, I that it felt real to me, like an expression of the songs. You put your own personal marks on the songs and (in my opinion) successfully conveyed the emotions attached to the songs. It reminds me of when I am just playing the piano and letting my emotions guide me, and not necessarily my head. Thank you for all of your performances. Idk how many times I've watched this video to see all of his fingering patterns. After a while, I can play his interpretation of this piece. Though I do have to say the song is very difficult. Took me a WHILE to get it down although I do not play it as well as he does since he is the one who made this original arrangement/ improv. Damn good video and beautiful interpretation
