6thstreetradio Whether if a message is 90 min, 60 min, 30 min, or 10 min... if someone is preaching out of love for God and his preaching is Biblically correct, that is all that matters. You can read the entire passage of Jesus' sermon on the mount for 5 min and His message is something that can impact us all.

In short, what am I missing about the NIV translation being bad? Is it something about the imagery and or choice of words? Or am I missing something big? Because New King James Version is decent I found. Same sentence structure just thou and thy is replaced for your and his. But haven't found a credible example...yet at least, please help. I like knowing this stuff :)

1 John 2:4 Does your ex-husband claim to be a Christian but not keep the LORD’s commandments? Is he unrepentant of his deeds? Has he not forsaken evil, wickedness, & rebellion against GOD? I am married. My wife left me for another “man.” I give her warnings & Scriptures, but she says, “Give me a red ‘A’ & call me an adulteress, I do not care.” It is evident she is proud of the way she conducts herself. My wife does not fear the LORD or His wrath. Therefore, why would Our God allow such disobedience into the Kingdom of Heaven? I tell my wife, “You are holding hands with your lover and walking on the sands of a beach, skipping merely into shark infested waters, you are headed towards destruction, I am trying to warm you.” If my wife wishes to go, then she has the free will to go, but now I am fighting for the souls of my children. That the LORD may save them from what they are witnessing and believing it to be acceptable. 🤦‍♂️ I pray to God daily. I ask GOD to save the mother of my children , my children, I even pray for the man penetrating my wife 😢 May GOD save us all 🙏
