It was so weird, the feeling I had when they decided to drop Cassini into Saturn's atmosphere--a feeling of loss. Almost like losing a friend. She gave us such breathtakingly beautiful images of Saturn, her moons and her gleaming diadem, the diaphanous icy rings. No video is real, no video cameras in space. Only still images are real because voyager 1 & 2 took photographs of the planets back in the 1970’s 1980’s All still images are very old. We don’t have any spacecraft near the planets anymore to take photographs.

So u believe a camera can focus a dimly lit globe at 10s thousands mph......, almost all space imagery is IR and xray spectrum which gets colorized as those can be shot with high shutter speeds
