It was so weird, the feeling I had when they decided to drop Cassini into Saturn's atmosphere--a feeling of loss. Almost like losing a friend. She gave us such breathtakingly beautiful images of Saturn, her moons and her gleaming diadem, the diaphanous icy rings. Thank you, Cassini, for going above and beyond, and kudos to the many people who worked hard to build you. Au revoir!

"The detail and beauty of Saturn’s rings never cease to amaze me! I loved the segment where we get to see the structure of the rings and how they move like a musical score (42:38). The way Cassini captured such intricate details of the rings and moons is just breathtaking. Thank you for such a wonderful video!

She forgot the end of the joke. Saturn would float in a bathtub of water, but it would leave a RING! My 9th grade science teacher LOVED that joke. My older brother told me he'd tell it and "You better laugh if you want a good grade. " LOL.

Are these people serious? How do they feel about Nuclear technology in space now?! Or when "Curiosity" was launched (2011) for example? Did anyone care about that rover then?? Does the public at large know about ALL the abandoned or orphan Nuclear waste throughout the world that would dwarf an exploding rover going to space? It's a battery 🔋, yes it's radioactive, but it's not like its big enough to cause a huge incident! Plus if it was high enough in the atmosphere it would burn up on reentry and not cause any problems... "Nukes" in space would be a WAYY Different Thing!!!

Arcanum 8: Justice Money Tetragr The Eighth Arcanum signifies strong ordeals; it is rectitude, justice, equilibrium. One must seek for performing good deeds at any cost, because the masters of medicine, when in regards to someone who is sick and is dying, always intend to save that person because this is the law. They accomplish the duty of performing good deeds. The initiatic ordeals are enclosed within the Eighth Arcanum. Kabbalistic Sephirah: Hod Hebrew Letter: Chet ח Transcendental Axiom: “Thou shalt edify an altar within thy heart, but thou shalt not make an altar of thy heart.” Forecasting Element: Guarantees retributions, punishments and rewards, gratitudes and ungratefulness, compensations for given services.

No video is real, no video cameras in space. Only still images are real because voyager 1 & 2 took photographs of the planets back in the 1970’s 1980’s All still images are very old. We don’t have any spacecraft near the planets anymore to take photographs.

So u believe a camera can focus a dimly lit globe at 10s thousands mph......, almost all space imagery is IR and xray spectrum which gets colorized as those can be shot with high shutter speeds

Metric is actually the most prevalent measuring system in the world... the USA is the only country left that solely uses their "freedom units" & doesn't use any metric units at all. But metric is also the international scientific standard of measurement (even in the States) and NASA & all American space scientists & engineers use it too, so you'll rarely see imperial units when talking 'space.' In fact, it's not always possible to provide imperial conversions for astronomical data (or conversions that make any more sense to that portion of your audience, anyway) due to the limitations of fractional measuring & the huge numbers involved... so aside from a few simple conversions to provide an 'earthly' analogy (like 'kms _vs_ miles per hour), it may not be helpful anyway.
