Im glad Ironhide added a tower based from Deep Devils Tide in KRF. Maybe a tower or heroes based from Saurians, Savages, Spiders(Either KR1 or KRO), Some pirates or aliens maybe, Mushrooms, Hollow Mountain Mini-Campaign, Shadowmoon or Curse of Castle Blackburn Mini-Campaign next? I think the additon of twilight spellcasters like Twilight Heretic maybe a good idea since there's not much twilight eleves-related towers or hero in KRF

They already gave us the twilight harassers as fan service. What I'm waiting for is Lord Blackburn as a hero and something related to Saurians coz they were the most Badass enemies in the whole series

Actually combo tower in the Kingdom Rush series is always very powerful. -Mage tower in the first game is pretty much the only effective way to kill Cerberus as the golem can tank for days -Necromancer in the second game is really nice, especially in those sea levels, always a reliable staller -There’s no real combo tower in origins, but forest keeper is a good one, cuz they do deal lots of damage with the true damage upgrade, and they are range as well, first game to make barrack guys do range attacks -On vengence we all love the mausoleum. The tower in this video is nice but the range in too short i guest.

Deep Devil's Reef is meant to be a hybrid tower. In other words, it should be weaker than ordinary mage towers in terms of dps, and also weaker than ordinary barracks towers in terms of stalling power.

deep devil's reef is more comparable to the mausoleum. It has slightly weaker guys (less armor), but much higher magic damage. They also cost about the same in total

Net throw is kinda bugged. They quit attacking the netted enemy mostly.

I think that's the point. It's more just to keep an enemy out of the picture for a little while so they can stall other enemies and let the tower focus on bigger threats.

eat hot chip and lie no he is correct, the point of the net in the first game was to silence the enemy while they take the damage and that's what these nets are based off of, the nets are very pointless

Never pay for the net. It cancels any attack being done on them, including poison. It just.. does nothing.. oh yay for two seconds they don't move.. but are invincible. Special tower attacks are wasted on them, as they aren't taken out of the loop when the tower's procs hit so they can suck up special attacks.

The Deep Devil Reef is the third Mage Tower to have a unit. The Sorcerer deals Curse Damage while the Elemental deals Area Damage; the Necromancer is the weakest Mage Tower in the Series, yet the best defender because of raising as many undead as possible, securing a chokepoint; the Deep Devil Reef is the most versatile Mage tower, having a pair of Greenfins/Redspines as defenders which can throw spears, a Bluegale that brings thunderstorms, dealing high damage, and nets. Well, that's it. *Nets*

@@superhydra8873 the wild magus is very strong. The damage increases with each hit. So you can switch targets quickly for weak enemies, but also deal very high damage to enemies with a lot of health.

I will say that I would have preferred the savages come back rather than the Deep Devils, but this is my favorite tower in the game. The combo works pretty well, the infantry gets long range attacks, the nets are nice, and finally the cloud attack is not that bad for a little extra damage. All in all, the new tower I say is a good support for whatever your general strategy is.

A lvl4 one is pretty strong. I thought mausoleums were the best support tower but this just beats it. Gargoyles may be tankier but atleast u get greenfins frm lvl1

@@xanievans1479 Yeah, this is basically a better mausoleum and the mausoleum is godly. Unlike the Mausoleum which can't block until you max it out, this tower provides blockers from the start. The Mausoleum has a better range on the tower itself but at the cost of dmg and its mooks have no range at all. Once the Redfins are fully upgraded they are a decent little range unit and they extend the reach of the tower significantly.

The update is kingdom rush frontiers update!! Now the next one is very interesting, could be the second update if KRF the Halloween or KRO update! I like this

Deep devils reef, quite boring to play but they sure got your back on any situation. MAGICAL damage from the bluegale? BARRACK power of the greenfins/redspines? spear throw of the redspines at lvl 4 as a RANGE ATTACK? all your missing is artillery or splash! Does not excel on all three but they are sure reliable on doing either of the three jobs even all at once! Tough enemy? Trap it with the nets or devastate it with the perfect storm! Swarm of enemies? The redspines should be able to handle it, highly magical or physical resistant enemy? They should be able to handle both nicely! AND they can all do it all at ONCE!(well this may serve as an ARTILLERY as well, able perform so many things at once that could handle swarms of enemies like what artillery does),Even CHEAPER REAL LIFE price!
