Hi Bro, I'm lowkey one of those ghost students that have been learning so much from your page. I can't count the number of times I replay your videos just to get things running. Also, I love how practical your posts are, they are well-detailed. So, I have an Et-8550 Printer and this is my problem... Acrorip does not print on my PC, it gives the paper-feeder error whenever I initiate a print. It sends the command but the printer never picks up the transfer film. At first, I thought it was the feeder, I looked up every possible suggestion on youtube and tried different approaches but to no avail. Weird thing is, I am able to print normally on both phone and windows using the transfer film, but it never works with Acrorip. This has frustrated me for the past 2 days and I am just about to throw in the towel so before that, I thought it best to post my experience, I'll appreciate any help. It's so frustrating because I had to get a new windows pc since Acrorip does not work on my Mac. Before that, I purchased the Parallels desktop to run Acrorip but unfortunately the image wasn't loading despite trying multiple file-types.

I recommend re-installing the software so is be a new fresh copy, so uninstall the old one first and do not overwrite it, then install fresh the last update 10.5 Acrorip should work on Parallel. All the design needs to be 300dpi, if they are more than that the design will not load on Acrorip and will look blank.

Thank you for the video, followed the entire way however, i would encounter a print command error twice followed by a print error: white(empty) even though the tanks are filled. Everything prints fine when I perform nozzle check. Used different files on acrorip v10.5 but encounter the same issue. Shake the white ink every time before start to print so that way is mixed proper. Also, if the printhead have any nozzle clog that can affect the ink how it gets print.

The fine powder is more difficult to work with than the medium powder. That could be humidity, try to apply powder when the ink is not to wet that you can see it opaque but is not completely dry.

Could you please explain how the ink limits work If the prectage is hight does it use more ink that if the percentage is lower? The white limit should it always be 40% or should it be highter. Wanting real vivid colors. Colors look faded. Thank you

More % mean you put more ink out. Is recommended to have a good % of white ink for dark shirts, for me 40% for white can work BUT it depend the printer you use. On an L1800 for sample is to low, you will need to printer samples with the printer you have and choose the best one you like and works for you.

You need to install the driver for each printer so the pc can recognize when is installed to the usb. Acrorip can only manage 1 printer at a time if Im not mistaken.

Verify the nozzle check, if you are missing it is possible the channels are clog. If nozzle check is good, then see if the dampers need to be clean at the tip, elevate the tank 3 or 4 inches from surface, consider re-install the software since could have an error.

When color does not match is hard to play with the %. Is a good idea to have an ICC profile to help the ink print the color it should be. Try color 40-60%, white 80-100%

If the brand of printer is not showing up in acrorip as an option, then the software will not be able to print to that printer, whatever printer models are on the dropdown menu are the printers that will work with the software. I hope that is not your case as it would require either different software or a different printer to function properly.

@@KingdomDTF so I had found where it had dtf 1800 icc and then after watching a video I realized for more softer colors, we had colors on 30 and white on 50. I changed color to 18 and white to 30 and it came out so much better. Now last question, for now lol, why does it seem like we need to do a head clean 30 times after it has set for few days? It takes doing it over and over and over and also su king out bubbles and aur off and on while doing it? We have the dtf pro and realized it's very very similar to the epson L1800. We got from dtf pro online.

Try to lower the ink % If is blending to much. Different printers will use different %, L1800 is good at 60 white, 40 color, and for sample P400 have more nozzle, that one need to be lower at 50 white, 30 color. You need to find the one that work for you.

Dear Sir, I am trying to print just a specific part of my image with a white background layer and I am wondering wether this is possible in one print cycle. Imagine I have an image of a person and I want to print white only under the head, other parts without white just colour. Is there a good way to do this in Acrorip? I tried many settings but could not achieve this.

For anyone looking for the same thing, I found the solution: You make a selection in Photoshop or similar software and turn the selection into a new spot channel. For printing this in Acrorip you then have to make sure the Mode is RGB colors and not CMYK! You save the file as a TIFF file, open it in Acrorip and set the white ink to Spot white (TIF RGB). Then white will be printed only on the selection that you turned into the new spot channel :)

My prints are paper thin but when i increase the ink levels my print is extremely dark. Please help.

Probably you need an icc profile to fix the colors. You need to do one for the printer, inks and film you are using.

I can recommend reinstall the software, do the ink set and do a nozzle check to make sure all is good. After that print.

Hello I got DTG RIO 10.3 AND a l805 but everything that I try to print is not printing anything but the printer is working because I print other imágenes from the website. How can I fix this issue? Thank you

You need to install the driver and set the ink color on the rip software.
