Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckonin_Crafting Weapons, Armor and creating flawless components.

Those who wish to know about the crafting system and how to be OP... 1. It's all about %damage components with the prefix "Damaging". These are bindings, Rivets, Grips. 2. Sagecraft is useful but isn't required at all 3. Salvaging and Quicksaves Rivets are the most painful component to get but, you can salvage any Bindings and Grips and hopefully get a rivets. This is purely chance based and from my experience, it usually takes 15-30 quickloads. Tier 1 (10%) is decent damage, tier 2 (17%) is borderline OP, Tier 3 (24%) and above allows you to 1 tap anything that moves, even bosses. Mitharan Flawless (40%) allows you to get 1million damage per Attack.

Actually Flawless gives you 30% damage increase and Flawless Mitharan gives you 33% for every component

I made a piece of gear with all the lowest level "damage" components and I never get flawless. It only gives you what you put in it never gives you a higher tier than what you put in

What gems do I need to apply to the weapon/armor piece to break down to get the desired flawless component? I want to make flawless Dreadscale armor with a flawless prismere longsword and prismere daggers. If someone could just walk me through it, that would be awesome.

Ah, yes, component farming. this is one of the hardest things to do. Many top tier components are easier to MAKE than find. and even that's hard. BUT, if you take two components that buff the same stat and make an item, you can break down the item to get a new component with higher stats.

Is there a way to craft gear with +1 to each skill? So far I’ve only been able to do it with a chest piece but no others.

I haven't tried creating gems that gives +1 to any skill, only for abilities. There are accessories & equipment that. Be sure to utilize all skill trainers you find.

At level 17, craft weapons using pristine gems. Focus on raising your sagecrafting and blacksmithing skills. Universalist Destiny gives extra point on all skills. Giving 3 skill point on alchemy is also useful.

@@kwanz4724 why for alchemy, I'm maxed out in blacksmithing and close to being maxed out in sage rafting after reworking my points.

@@MrBEEOUTCH if you're maxed out on both, no need for alchemy. It's just for creating potion that can give extra skill points of up to +3.

A lot more OP than base weapons you find I made this one sword which has so many stats to it and it’s element is primal magic so it’s broken and there is a staff that I made which has two elements to it and it’s so cool

Yes, factually crafting is OP but one thing I like about some unique weapons, unique armors/armor sets is that they have their own cool designs unlike the weapons and armors you craft; for example if you craft with azurite components your weapons and armors will all be colored green. It still doesn't beat overpowered stuff you can make by crafting but well, they have exceptional looks, (just my opinion).

Fastest way is to buy them from any merchant. Second is, turn your cloudy or any lower level shards into pristine. But you need to raise your sagecrafting skills first.

Make sure you're blacksmithing skills are at a level where you can use gems when crafting.

@@clintonjohnson3378 you should be able to put gems on any weapons you're crafting after putting in 7 skill points in blacksmithing. That is strange, and you're maxed out too.

It takes patience and results are random. You might get it on the first try, or after a couple. I think it's worth it. If not, just craft it pristine gems. Make sure your blacksmithing skills are maxed to get maximum bonus.

@@johnmdaniels27 use pristine magic shards + any pristine elemental shards, use the gem to craft using lowest materials. You'll get flawless hilt from sword, dagger, greatsword. Flawless fulcrum from bows, faeblades, flawless shafts from hammer.

crafting armors and weapons in this game is way overpowered...i tend to avoid it.....only using unique armors and weapons
