In the tutorial, I want to be sure I understand. When we go outside to inside, it’s under green then highlight color. And when we go inside to outside we go under highlight color then green. Is that correct?

Absolutely you can. Here is my warning though. Please make sure that you are opening your jump rings like a lefty. You should open with the right prong away from you and then the left prong of the jump ring toward you. I see many lefties doing some kind of hybrid mailling where they open rings like a right handed person and it just won't work if you are trying to learn a challenging weave like this one. Open the jump rings like a lefty. As for the pattern, yes you will do 2 pairs inside to outside and then 2 pairs outside to inside. Same principle, you are just doing it on the left first and then the right.

Here are the metric sizes for these rings: Inner Diameter: 6.7mm Outer Diameter: 9.1mm Thick: 1.2mm (18g SWG, 16g AWG)
