R these events at the birth n from childhood are authentic.as if these were true abutalib would have been a Muslim and there were no confusion for him not to submit to Islam.i have read seerah of another scholar and he mentioned all these events not authentic giving the reason I mentioned above

asc akhi can you tell me the scholars name. when person don't accept islam even if they know islam to be true been happening throughout the past people. ex: Isa's people, Musa's people, bani Israel. so I don't understand your point can you elaborate.

I don't understand how the fortune tellers knew the future? Makes no sense to believe that. If you don't believe it why mention it?

We believe it because in Islam we know that the jinn know some of the things that are unseen to us so the fortune teller worship the jinn and the jinn in return tell them some things But the difference between Allah knowledge and the jinn knowledge is that Allah has the ultimate knowledge while the jinn have some unseen knowledge that we humans don't have and they know it by the permission of Allah

Jinns can see the angels and listen to some conversations. So they sometimes get the truth and so tell it if they want to
