Ginger - 2 tbsp
Minced Garlic - 2 tbsp
Sliced onion - 60 grans
Sliced Tomato - 80 grams
Red bell pepper - 1 small size
Green bell pepper - 1 small size
Carrots - 1 medium size
Potato cubes - 2 medium size
Curry powder - 1 tsp
Coconut milk - 700 ml Water - 1/2 cup
Fish sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Crushed Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Broth cube - 1 medium size
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
