Butter 150g (⅔ cup)
Sugar 125g (½ cup, 2 tablespoons)
3 Eggs (medium size)
Plain Yogurt 3 tablespoons
Plain Flour 180g (1 ¼ cups)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Dried Fruits 150g (1 cup)
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 20x20 cm (8x8 inch)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 25-35 minutes
