josh ba it the cast nets we use them heaps up here in kaiataia off the wharf and in creeks for piper and grey mullet and we slay but it pays to put burley out from shore on a string then pull it in whe your about to cast and you should catch small kahawai mullet piper and every thing else In the region

just to clarify. I was born and raised in montana and all the large mammals are native execpt mountain goats in a few areas. and all of them are strictly regulated. yet it seems that anything goes in nz. I understand that chamois, tahr, and red stags ate invasive but it seems like you have free range there. wouldn't it be more profitable to sell tags and regulatr the hunting in the area

yeah, but the government drops poison from helicopters all over the country to kill all the animals, if they introduced a tag system most new zealanders would ignore it I reckon

how are there animals left to kill if the government kills them all? the government should be regulating the harvest of the game to enrich the country and to ensure more trophy animals are out there. in many of your videos you or your mates shoot females and juveniles. your country needs a tag system or else eventually there will be no worthy game at all

plenty of animals here as the only predator is man. NZ looks small on the map but its a big country, shitloads of mountains. Plenty of worthy game around though is some places its getting wiped out because of the poisoning

Michael Giovanini NZ has a population of only 4 million people. Probably less than 10 percent are hunters. The animals that you consider game are all introduced species and are considered pests. Regulation is such an American way of thinking. Thankfully, NZ is not yet a red tape country. Unlike America, it actually is free!
