Thr only real problem I have with your list... Is that you are sleeping on Marco... HARD. The Gorusei named dropped Marco ad a potential yonko pre time skip. And then at the Onigashima Raid, Marco is soloing BOTH King and Queen. Doing that WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY USING HIS DF to stop a legion of ice oni's from turning completely. And Big Mom quickly dipped and said, "I don't have enough soul power to deal with you [Marco]." All that while healing others and or being X v 1 throughout the whole raid. Once you learn advanced CoA and CoO or you get a good enough DF your at the tier where you can possibly win or at least put a fight against top tiers (like Marco). Being born with and mastering CoC pretty much makes you a solidified top tier. Luffy is now at a point where he’s a threat to anyone in the world who challenges him, Yonko and Admiral alike.

He isn’t a threat to Kaido or the other yonkos.It’s just that he won’t get low diffed anymore when it comes physical strength and durability and haki usage Kaido takes it .Kaido fought an entire alliance and is still fighting albeit he is using his club coated in CH and hadn’t really shown a variety of attacks that is expected of zoan users .Think about how even more deadly his club attacks would be if he adds CoA internal damage and had actually avoided attacks instead of tanking them like a boss .On the other hand luffy wouldn’t have a chance against an alliance made of the scabbards,zoro ,sanji,eustass Kidd,killer,and law .Kaido is built different and has the best durability and recovery we have seen from any character of the one piece world .Kaido would be even more op with future sight and array of other attacks that utilize ryou internal destruction coated with CoH .

With Marco and King it was ALL off screen we assume they were fighting each other but we don’t really know exactly what happened. What was King doing when Marco went to help chopper hit and troll Queen? All there is to go off of is that it was stated Marco reached the limit of his stamina. That’s way more impressive than King’s durability hack that got exposed in a 1v1. Luffy and Yamato gave kaido more difficulty than 9 scabbards, Luffy and Yamato lasted longer than 9 scabbards, Yamato have same exact feats as Luffy. Rooftop Zoro and current Zoro is weaker than Luffy Pre Coc, and current Zoro can still loose to Katakuri, who wano start Luffy did already surpass. Zoro is at Yonkou commander level in strength, Luffy and Yamato are beyond that and more close to Yonkou level in strength. Marco, Sanji and Jack when trying to fight two Yonkou commanders they were incapable of winning. Zoro ain't beating or lasting longer than 9 scabbards. Sanji collapsed because of mental stress. Not because of damage. Sanji low-mid diff a 2 yonkou commander, which by itself is an admiral feat. There is no indication in the series that King is way stronger than Queen, they are always portrayed to be rivals, and different combatants. If anything, King has more attack power than Queen. I don't know if you are really a Sanji fan or just another Zoro troll profile, but there is no way that Sanji is not a rival to Zoro at this point in time.

In my top 30 I had her above current Zoro and Sanji, though I think they will pass her quickly. While it’s true that Zoro injured Kaido worse than Yamato did, I don’t believe he could have went toe to toe with Kaido in a 1v1 for as long as Yamato did. Now granted, Yamato is very used to all her abilities, and Z and S just got HUGE upgrades. I think if they have some time to practice with what they just picked up (especially if Zoro picks up other legendary blades before leaving Wano), they will quickly pass her. Their upward trajectory is much sharper than hers. But her raw power and endurance is super impressive.

Bruh you really gonna try and use pre power up sanji feats to prove a point? Marco is impressive to be able to hold his own while fighting King and Queen only problem is he did almost no actually damage and just tired himself out. I mean neither Queen or King were seriously fighting considering what weve seen from them during their Sanji and Zoro fights respectively and neither one though it was worth going hybrid either. Marco uses his speed to his advantage and gives queen a good bruise and makes King spit a little blood. Now Sanji has the speed to not even be seen when fighting queen, a stage higher than anything weve ever seen from Marco, and Sanji only needed one really good flurry of kicks to incapacitate queen. I def think that Sanji at this point its faster and has more damage output than Marco.

Even if Luffy isn't exactly base, applying G2 and G3 as necessary, he's still trading equally with Hybrid Kaido without Gear Fourth. The multipliers on G4 are absolutely insane, not to mention they enhance his Haki even further. Haki that splits the sky at this point. I'm not certain on how much the Admirals have grown since the Summit War, but current G4 Luffy versus pre-timeskip Akainu would be even more of a stomp than angry Whitebeard vs Akainu.

Take note that I'm not even speaking about current chapter Luffy at this point, but how strong Gear Fourth is going to make him. Consider how much sheer power that gave him compared to an Elephant Gun, then apply that multiplier or better to the Roc Guns he's putting out now, plus Conqueror's Infusion. Please note that G4 massively boosts both speed and power, so that's why I'm confused about the assumption that speed is a detriment to Luffy's power in this scenario. Luffy's G4 attacks are magnitudes beyond Marco's at this point.

Luffy with a G4 multiplier on Roc Gun is the only way he can even remotely come close to WB’s AP output of his higher tier attacks.

I think Toki gave Zunisha the order to roam the seas from the time where Toki originally came from until the current day in the story. Perhaps someone who use to hake Sharkys fruit foreseen the time when Zunisha would be needed to assist the Kozuki family which might also extend to Luffys family. Combining Sharkys ability with Toki’s would be a great combo to help guide Toki’s decision on where to go. Perhaps Wano use to be somewhere else in the past and why Toki arrived away from Wano which would go along with the continent pulling Oars scenario where he moved Wano to where it is now

Man...Shanks and Monkey D. Dragon are ALWAYS the Wild Cards when it comes to power-scaling. Mainly because haven't seen either of them in actual prolonged combat in the slightest. Yet, based on their status and how well known they are, we can't put them any lower on the list. Shanks is definitely a monster, considering he was able to prevent Kaido from attacking Marineford during Whitebeard's invasion. Not to mention this man had REGULAR duels with Mihawk (Simply put, they would clash on occasion like Roger and Whitebeard). Dragon's strength, in my opinion, comes from his knowledge. Similar to how the World Government wants Nico Robin, you could say they've tried to kidnap or abduct Dragon in the past due to him knowing so much about them. However, he also has some tricks up his sleeve, concerning his ability to channel the weather itself (Similar to how Kaido controls multiple elements with his Fish/Dragon Devil Fruit). It's gonna be cool to see how these two develop later on as combatants honestly.

Here is some toxicity Koby is living as a shadow of Shanks more than Luffy, in a very simple way. Coby came from low ranks under a revered and famous Navy soldier in Garp. Shanks was in the same low standings as a pirate he did not set out as a captain like Luffy or gather notoriety at center stage, he stood by took orders and learned as a student in the game. Koby receives credit as he slowly sets himself apart from his superiors, after his time was done with Roger; Shanks was able to do the same not from day one like Luffy only after they gained direction.

Aokiji seems to be working with/for Blackbeard, so I would give Blackbeard the edge over them because he’s the head of the organization. Akainu seems to have beef with Dragon, so I placed Dragon right after Akainu and Aokiji. He is, otherwise, featless and could be placed at #9. Mihawk’s feats are pretty inconclusive, but I respect the world’s strongest title. However, the title is contentious (with Shanks, obviously). He has more future plot relevance than the rest of the remaining admiral characters. He could swap places with Dragon. Kizaru is an OG admiral, so he gets automatic placement above the new admirals. Fujitora and Ryokugyu could be swapped when they get more feats. The admiral title is to be respected. Luffy is most likely at the bottom of Emperor (-), but I’m waiting to see the end of his fight with Kaidou to elevate him. At this time, there’s no way to justify placing Luffy above any of the current 11 top tiers when you look closely at the context of his fight with Kaidou. Beckman is stated to be comparable to Shanks, so Semi-Emperor seems to be the appropriate general area of placement. Marco, Yamato, Sabo, and Zoro could be rearranged however you see fit. Marco actually has a ridiculous battle resume. Marco only has losses, but his losses come in matchups that he should lose (without question). His performances are to be respected. Yamato has conqueror’s haki coating and performed respectably against Kaidou. Sabo performed respectably against the new admirals even though he just received his devil fruit relatively recently. Zoro has conqueror’s haki coating and mid-to-high diffed King, but I need to see how he performs against a top tier in single combat before I place him over the others. Katakuri and King are virtual equals, in my eyes. They both excel in different facets of combat. Their placements could be swapped, but I think that Katakuri would fair better against more characters than King would and I think Katakuri would win the head-to-head matchup. Pre-timeskip, I would’ve placed Garp and Sengoku in Semi-Emperor. But they’ve been in retirement for 2 years now and have continued further into old age, so their placement would obviously fall post-timeskip. 1st Commander (N) seems to be the appropriate general area of placement for them, just behind the top commanders of the emperors (except Shiryu, because he’s unproven at this point) and above the admiral candidates. Rayleigh has been retired for over 20 years, but he’s shown that his strength is still to be respected. However, I don’t think there’s any way to justify putting him over Garp and Sengoku. Theoretically, I’d say that Kong was more powerful than Rayleigh while they were in their primes. However, Kong has been behind a desk since before Rayleigh retired. So I would say Kong has maintained less of his battle prowess. But I still can’t see him being weaker than the admiral candidates since he was a former fleet admiral (possibly during Xebec’s age). Law could be #27 at the top of 2nd Commander (+). But he could also be #23 at the bottom of 1st Commander (N). I’m unsure whether he could beat a 1st commander, but I do think he’s probably on their level. The admiral consideration places Momousagi and Chaton as 1st commanders, at a minimum. Aside from the inconsistent writing of durability, Magellan is an absolute monster. The lack of haki could see his placement lower (he’ll have trouble with a logia), but he’s still 2nd Commander (+). The Red Hair Pirates seem to have the strongest commanders across the board. Yasopp could be #37 behind Doflamingo in 3rd Commander (+), but I feel comfortable with his current placement. The commanders of Whitebeard Pirates seem to be directly comparable to the Red Hair Pirates commanders. Jozu was impressive at Marineford. Yes, he lost an arm. But Shanks also lost an arm and he, apparently, wasn’t weakened by this. So, it’s fair to assume that Jozu also wasn’t weakened by this. I can’t think of a way that anyone below him (on my ranking) could defeat him. Vista could be #38 behind Doflamingo in 3rd Commander (+), but I feel comfortable with his current placement. Vista and Yasopp seem to have beef, so I have them attached. If I had to place Ace, as we saw him in the pre-timeskip, I would place him in 3rd Commander (+) behind Doflamingo or Vista. Sanji mid diffed Queen, but passed out after the fight. I’m not quite sure what to make of that, but I’m not convinced that Sanji could beat a 1st commander yet. He can definitely compete though. Kid has been pretty unremarkable besides showcasing a very situational devil fruit awakening (which isn’t even that good) and high durability & endurance (which are among the least consistently portrayed things in this series). Purely out of an effort to be respectful, I’ll place him above Queen (which I’m not totally sure he deserves). Queen can beat Cracker, but he’s pretty much guaranteed to lose to everyone else above him (on my ranking). Most, if not all, of the evidence points to Cracker being the 2nd commander of the Big Mom Pirates. Pizarro (or whoever) is getting a ballpark placement at the bottom of the 2nd commander range. Doflamingo’s scaling was hard capped to or below Cracker’s level by Big Mom. He could be at the bottom of 2nd Commander (-) or the top of 3rd Commander (+). Crocodile and Jinbe could be swapped, but I feel comfortable with the current placements. Crocodile had a respectable performance at Marineford (I’d say it was a bit better than Jinbe’s). I’m not sure what to make of Killer’s rooftop performance, but I do think he’s stronger than Jack and I can’t put him in the 2nd commander range with Kid (Kid doesn’t deserve to go higher, so that’s not a solution). Jack would likely be #46, but Weevil, Hancock, Smoothie, and Devon are currently featless. The only thing that I can say is that he’s stronger than the strongest scabbard. Weevil, Hancock, Smoothie, and Devon have no feats and their lore/positions are only good enough to get them ballparked as 3rd Commander (-) for now. They will likely go up when they do something. Weevil being compared to a young Whitebeard is too vague to even matter. His possible future story relevance isn’t proper justification to place him any higher (intent doesn’t guarantee outcome). Boa was called “powerful” by Sengoku and Aokiji, but that’s only good enough to guarantee her placement in the 3rd commander range. Smoothie is the 3rd commander of the Big Mom Pirates and completely featless. Devon (or whoever) is getting a ballpark placement at the bottom of the 3rd commander range. Denjiro, Ashura Doji, Inuarashi, and Nekomamushi are the strongest scabbards. Denjiro was stated to be the best swordsman of the group. Ashura Doji showed good things against Jack and was historically one of the top scabbards. Inuarashi and Nekomamushi showed good things against Jack, but them being unable to take him down while (sort of) tag-teaming hurts them (sulong is a situation transformation, so I don’t scale them off of it).

@@yuan713 I said “admirals” (as in plural) because it happened, but I didn’t actually base my ranking off of that reverie confrontation because it lacked a great deal context (Fujitora being lightly bandaged up doesn’t really tell me anything). To clarify, Sabo’s placement is based off of his fight with Fujitora in Dressrosa (I’m aware Fujitora was holding back). For me, having a top tier on your battle resume gives characters an edge in placement (provided they didn’t get clapped). Sabo is still in the 1st commanders ballpark, but I do have him numerically higher (I acknowledge that he could be lower, but I doubt it). But it’s not like there’s a massive difference between them. Scarring Kaidou isn’t massively impressive, for me. Currently, Luffy is hitting much harder than Zoro did with Asura and his punches aren’t leaving scars on Kaidou. So scarring Kaidou is clearly a feat of strength, but it also seems to be dependent on the attack type as well. So using a sword as opposed to using a kanobo could, literally, be all the difference since they’re both very strong individuals with conqueror’s haki coating. I think we’ve seen enough evidence to refute the idea that conqueror’s haki coating is required to scar or significantly damage Kaidou because asura lacked the visual elements consistent with the conqueror’s haki coating that Zoro is displaying right now. So evidentially speaking, just about any character who’s 1st commander level or higher with a sword (or a cutting weapon) can, apparently, scar Kaidou.

Yamato said something to the effect of Luffy being “on his last legs” or “barely able to stand”. However, I don’t think that one statement about Luffy from a character who doesn’t really know him that well trumps the documented history of Luffy being revitalized by sleeping and eating copious amounts of food. The wiki (which I know isn’t an official source, but they’ve been pretty good about not putting unsubstantiated information on there) even references this unique aspect of Luffy. Well yeah, Luffy is bleeding and tanking hits currently. They resumed fighting after Luffy returned to the rooftop (which was after he was revitalized during his break). Luffy’s definitely comparable to Kaidou. The version of Kaidou that Luffy’s comparable to just so happens to be significantly weakened. There’s no shame in that (you take the fights as you get them). There’s no excuse for Kaidou, I’m just pointing out the context of the story. It is what it is.

I would argue that rn Luffy doesn’t have the enough experience in CH infusion in order to stack Gear 4 on top of it. Maybe he’ll be able to do it at the very end of the fight for like a few seconds, hence why he hasn’t used it yet. CH infusion requires too much haki control for Luffy to use in Gear 4. @@solomike4583 I don't know what mental gymnastics you've been doing or if you cannot read but King is literally saying that Zoro is getting held back by his sword in chapter 1033 if I remember. Plus he was on a timer from the get go because of the medicine / drug you mentioned. Deal with it. ;)

If you want to talk about "nerfs" then there was no reason for King to use a sword majority of the fight. This was mentioned in the story. You are not writing the story. Stop making things up and start rereading.

If you think about it narratively, Luffy is gonna have to fight Blackbeard eventually. When he does, Zoro’s opponent will be Shiryu. Oda wouldn’t put Zoro up against someone he could easy clap. The closest he’s ever come to that was Pica. Against another Yonko, Zoro will fight their first commander, and it will have to be close.

@@unknownplayer7667 I think only just edges out kaido if they were to fight would be very hard fight. But my reasoning is that Mihawke should be comparible to Oden as the world strongest swordsman at the time. And oden was (in my opinion) stronger then Kaido, so Mihawke should be too. It's also said he fought Shanks on equal footing. Sadly to say I also think Kaido and Big Mum are past their primes, they are getting on in years, plus Oda has kept saying things like "their time at the top is ending". Plus Mihawke is Zoro's Eos goal, this is the placement he should be come Eos. And I believe zoro should be around yonko level himself when that time comes. Akainu is much easier to justify, he will be an Eos boss, it be stupid for him to be so while being weaker then all the bosses before him (imo).

There's way to many things to dissect and discuss in this so I'm just going to drop my top thirty list. 1. Kaido 2. Shanks 3. Big Mom 4. Blackbeard 5. Akainu 6. Aokiji 7. Kizaru 8. Mihawk 9. Luffy 10. Dragon 11. Katakuri 12. Fujitora 13. Greenbull 14. Ben Beckmann 15. Zoro 16. Yamato 17. King 18. Sabo 19. Law 20. Sanji 21. Marco 22. Doflamingo 23. Garp 24. Enel 25. Rayleigh 26. Kidd 27. Shiryu 28. Crocodile 29. Boa Hancock 30. Queen Quick clarification on a few points: * People mad sleep on Crocodile. He has to come back and be relevant at some point and he's going to be strong enough to be relevant. The man fought Doflamingo AND Mihawk during Marine Ford and was able to walk away from both fights with minimal injury which is actually insane. * I refuse to nerf Law to be near Kidd. Law's abilities are insanely busted and Kidd has done next to nothing this entire arc. Even putting Kidd above the characters he is above is a curtesy. * Marco is strong but his main power is being a busted Support character. If this was a MOBA then Marco would be insane because of how he can keep himself and everyone around him alive while also having an incredible damage output himself. * I agree Sanji and Zoro are relatively close in strength. Every character between Sanji and Zoro I would say are all mostly on equal footing with them as of right now. Zoro's showing on the roof and against King however clearly puts him at the top of the pack. * I realize Katakuri being right outside of top ten above two admirals is kinda nuts, but this character's abilities are absolutely busted. His haki in every regard is better then everyone beneath him, with the exception of Zoro and Yamato who have better Conqueror's Haki, and one of them can't even control it. His observation haki just makes most people irrelevant. Unless you can negate his future sight or have a reliable way to overwhelm AND one shot him, you just lose to Katakuri. That's also not taking into account his insane physical strength, speed, and endurance or just how much utility his devil fruit gives him. * Outside of that I don't my top ten needs much elaborating. I again, am not nerfing Luffy as a courtesy to Dragon. I'm sure Dragon is at least top ten, but the man needs to do something for me to even consider moving him any higher.

For the most part I highly agree although I'd swap Yamato and Sanji, and I wouldn't put enel in, he has great damage output but very low on durability and endurance, highly agree on your kidd statement as well dude literally slammed kaido into the ground to try and do damage -_- the same kaido that fell 100s of meters from the sky and took 0 damage

Luffy is #1, that plot armor is just too much. He went from getting one shotted and not even bruising Kaido. To being able to fight Kaido on equal standings, from just random out of the blue asspulls because Oda realizes he made the Yonko too powerful so he had to whip out some power ups out of his anus
