Edit: Silver is from Sonic 06, known as one of the worst games ever... well until Sonic Boom. A lot of people like to pick on him because that was he debut, the game was glitchy and broken, especially him.

Silver came into the franchise in 2006 the game he was brought into is hated to most of the fan base I love the game (I know I am going to get hate comments but I don’t care)
