Can we stop pointing out outliers and admit that statistical speaking, obesity is a greater contributing factor to heart related conditions and s whole host of other health problems. Yes, there are skinny ppl that die of heart attacks, but the overwhelming majority of people that do are were living at unhealthy weights.

So he had Atenolol, Amiodarone, and Caffeine in his blood? I only heard of the Atenolol for high blood pressure. So the Red Bulls explain the caffeine. But I'm a little surprised about the Amiodarone which if for arrhythmias . . . and drinking those red bulls could cause irritability of the heart and interfere with the effects of the Amiodarone. Oh wow! Apparently that was not good to do. Thanks for sharing.

I'm the daughter of a nurse and have several health degrees myself. This isn't that far fetched. Hypertension is known as The Silent Killer and affects Black people at ASTOUNDING rates. What I DO find surprising however is that the main focus of his videos were about Black women's sizes but never about Black men's health. Black men are notorious for not going to the doctor, not taking their health seriously, and not taking their medication. He spread this narrative that men can date younger women at any time but failed to mention that once many Black men hit their 40s, the health issues and need for medications and early signs of male menopause (ED) begin.

Please Black people take your Fish Oil daily and eat Salmon. Salmon is an oily fish rich in Omega 3's and tuna is a very good fish to eat. While Kevin Samuels was dragging Black women he should've been taking care of his health. Kevin Samuels was a hyprocrite. Kevin Samuels video taped his shows in an Air BNB.

Hypertension is the silent killer. Most cases, it can be reversed with a good diet and exercise. Something he obviously did not do. The irony is right!
@delawarehistory16752 жыл бұрын
Something he did do. He had high blood pressure meds in his system. So it was treated. As someone who suffers from high blood pressure you can do everything right and it can still be high. So stop spreading hate. You haven't a clue.

I thought about it when you first put this video out but wasn’t sure. I ran across the pathophysiology while studying that directly relates to it so thought about it again and wanted to share it too. Kevin Samuels shared that he had leukemia at a young age. Treatment is typically radiation and chemo. That treatment for cancer…any type really… puts patients at risk for various diseases one of them being cardiovascular disease. Radiation and chemo can cause damage to vessels the heart and valves. So in his defense his illness could have been related to the fact that he survived cancer not necessarily bad lifestyle habits. I didn’t agree with his approach and a lot of what he said but when I learned of his journey beating cancer I will admit I was inspired. So many people give up but he did not.

Amiodarone is a pretty hard core heart rhythm medication to be on to be clowning other people about their health. And if he was on that I assume he also had Cardiovascular diet counseling in which they would have definitely told him to put the redbull down. A textbook case of not practicing what you preach.
