Not getting enough rest and being overwork cause stress on the heart too. We live in a time where people's jobs and work take too much of their time. They don't have time to rest, sleep, and relax. And they are drinking coffee and Red Bulls like it's water. You can exercise and eat right, but you cannot neglect other things the body needs. Exercise, good nutrition, good rest (good sleep every night), good hydration (water), self-discipline, good mental health (don't stress yourself out all the time). People wouldn't worry and stress out so much if they put their trust in God. Got to get sunlight and fresh air too. Those athletes die sometimes because they are overworked and some take steroids.

He told people some things that their close friends and family wouldn’t have the courage to do. I wasn’t a follower of his work, but within the last year or so I listened to a lot of the videos he posted and I didn’t see anything that was wrong with his platform. For starters, no one forced those individuals to call in or participate in his podcast. He asked simple questions and usually reflected some feedback based off the responses that his guest gave. I feel like people are so use to being lied too and given praise for a lack of work.. that when someone actually gives them advise that isn’t catering to their feelings, they simply can’t take it.

Exercising, eating right, staying positive, staying away from drugs, etc. would be pointless if all people died because it was just their time. Yes, we can go at anytime, but there is always a cause whether we know it or not especially if it pertains to a health condition. @BLACK BULL yes I believe he was targeted and assassinated for the overall MISSION he was trying to accomplish. Yes he was a polarizing figure because of his tone & delivery if his message but his overall Mission/Goal was to UNITE the black community and restrengthen the black family unit>>man + woman & children together. And we all know that history repeats itself and all people who have tried to uplift and empower the BLACK community in any kind of way and become mega-popular and start to have major influence and wealth...its perceived as a THREAT to the system/the powers that be/white supremacy ! Can you digg it?! They murderd Dr. SEBI and Nipsey Hussle for wanting black and brown melanated peoples to improve their personal lives and quality of health and financial empowerment and stop the self hate and violence and stand UNITED as we should be. But they allow and even hyper-promote gangster rap and negative counterproductive products for our youth to consume .. they want us all to self-destruct and take each other down from the inside out...they allow that all day...and every chance they get they cut off the heads of those who stand up for righteousness and positivity. I'm a firm believer in God the Most High...but the devil is just a busy trying to keep the cycle of death & destruction alive and thriving as long as we don't stand up for each other for the sake of all things Good that God created us for. Just to think a righteous man like Martin Luther King Jr who stood for peace & equality & NONVIOLENT protest was on America's most wanted listed as a felon and a terrorist. Smh 😔 like HOW. So imagine anyone else trying to uplift our communities. Even a former president of the usa once said that the biggest threat to this nation is empowerment of African American citizens. They FEAR us and they fear the black retribution and black revenge from all the horrible atrocities inflicted upon blacks since the birth of chattle slavery in this nation. And to be honest black k folks aren't even concerned with revenge upon whites as a whole or individually. We are all out here just simply trying to survive & maintain in this country with every deck stacked against us. You can't convince me that this wasn't ANOTHER assassination

What?! The beauty standard for women is more competitive than ever before… at the same time women are expected to excel in their careers, all while having children, and being the perfect woman. Women overlooking a plumber is a isolated incident and never the norm in the black community. Overlooking any man in the black community is a rarity. That explains why so many black woman are being baby mamas. Ding, ding, this isn’t rocket science. Open your 👀 eyes, black women are most likely to be desperate for any man’s attention. That explains why black women flocked to KS’s channel to get roasted. Black women are narcissistic? Some of them but the majority of them have low self esteem. Clearly.

Women don't have to go above and beyond at their job when she has help and can leverage her MAN. It's about working together. Women can't do it all and neither can men. I also agree with your lasts sentences. I agree and often pick up on the low self esteem many black women have that I come across.
@myahill74752 жыл бұрын
@@altairolp1557 where are these black men who are taking care of these black women at high rates? You can’t give incidental examples as if it applies to the collective. Please… A woman probably asked you to handle the household but you didn’t want to do it, and now you’re taking that experience and running with it. If you can’t handle the household then you’re living above your means as a single unit. Meaning you should be able to hold it down (the household) by yourself otherwise you should stay single. You don’t date women for help to pay your bills. That’s not being financially stable. If you are married then that’s a meager of incomes but still it applies. If you have to live in a tiny home… then so be it. The woman you choose will come into your place. She will know what you can afford. If she wants more then she’ll have to find a different man or pay for the lifestyle she wants for the both of you. But it’s extremely feminine for a MAN to go hunting for women to help him. Then, you wonder why women don’t respect you. Respect yourself. Please.
@altairolp15572 жыл бұрын
@@myahill7475 I guess I should of clarified, men wouldn't be able to excel in a career, take care of children, a household, etc by himself. It's give and take and would be a lot for any 1 person to do alone. Kevin always said the same numbers, 51% of black men are single, childless and in the middle class. I knew you were going to go off the deep end and miss the point. The men who can afford to "Take care of women" are in the top 15-10% of earners in this country. If an average woman is looking to be taken care of by one of these men then yes there are slim pickings. If an average earning woman and man get together, then two incomes will be better than one for sustaining a family and building long term if the man is not already a high earning 10% man. They could live off one income, or both, that's up to planning. For example my parents are about to retire as multi millionaires after raising a family of 4 children. My dad was a high earner (100k+ & rental property income) after growing in his career, but didn't start that way. Both my parents were average earners when they married, he made more though. I'm saying that working together with both incomes is better for overall well being of a family if the ideals align. Yes a man should be able to provide for himself before wanting to find a wife. But if a woman desires to not work, then yeah that situation won't be for her. She'll have to try her luck of finding a high earning man or die alone like Kevin said every night and be a bum and bitter in her 30s onward. Because only a small percentage of black women earn more than 75k a year, which is sustainable for a single. I'm done responding after this because you're clueless. And FYI I work in IT and am 28 and childless. I make 80k plus a bonus, and am also well invested in the markets on top of trading forex. If I get another job it'll be for at least 100k. But I focus my efforts on moving out of corporate and trading forex full time. Ultimately letting my assets work for me getting paid while I sleep. And many black women are baby mommas because they don't have standards and are irresponsible.

@@altairolp1557 these high earnings women who don’t want to settle for a broke man are not the majority of black women so you and Kevin don’t need to worry about them. They’ll be fine. Kevin died alone… it’s not a big deal. They can go buy themselves a man if it comes it.

@@altairolp1557 okay, yes, many black women want love just like every other woman. The only difference is that other races of women have men who want them. Their men are family men!!! Black men don’t want black women and they lie to black women. Black women need to become wiser and stop giving themselves to men who don’t want them. Simple. Black men don’t want black women or their children regardless of who they have the children with. Black men don’t want to be family men for any race of women especially BLACKS!!! They abandon left and right! If black women came together with black men they will still end up as a baby mama. Then, he will of course blame the black woman for the failure of the relationship.

I am so sad. Kevin Samuels was an advocate for all Men in today’s age where women are championed for being idiots and abusers of both Men and the corrupt family court system. Kevin spoke from his heart and although his content was raw and rough, He spoke TRUTH!! He told women what they needed to hear instead of what they wanted to hear, the latter of which is the cause of why many women are narcissists today. This man took me from homelessness to making just under $100k in short order. Just based on his content especially. 60hrs a week minimum and setting a bar of minimum $120k per year and not just once but maintaining that for at least 3yrs. That put things into perspective for me and hygiene among other things. The man was respected by many. Anyone taking the time to actually watch a couple episodes would know of his truth. Before him, there were self help channels and relationship channels, Patrice O'Neal who he highly respected, but his content seemed to have been the catalyst for many other's to put pen to pad and foot to pavement. I didn't like Kevin in the beginning. I watched a couple of his shows after I overheard my husband listening. The information he spewed could be misinterpreted by females or males. Additionally, used as manipulation in the hands of the wrong person. Some stuff he said was on point. However, people are very vulnerable, confused, and lost. There's nothing wrong with being honest. but is important to practice using wisdom as well! I saw his last and recent Instagram live the day before he died. Before getting started, he was scolding a female. She almost went in front of his camera. He didn't want her to walk in his direction and said he was trying to protect her. He was visibly frustrated with her. From my understanding, he was with a 34-year-old nurse the day before and was having chest pains. I find several things to be ironic: He emphasized people's weight, diet, and exercise regime, yet he drank Red Bulls regularly (not good for HBP, causes heart issues, a-fibrillation), he ended up dying of a heart attack, and a nurse just happens to be the one who stayed the night and called 911. I believe Ortencia was the person in his last podcast (time stamp 01:18. Was it the guzzling of Red Bull, vaccine, effects of prior cancer, male enhancers, or foul play? Any of which affects the heart. Hopefully, a full investigation and autopsy will be performed. He had lots of enemies and fans. R.I.P. Kevin Samuels. Something isn't adding up 🤔...
