Quickly becoming one of the most prominent figures in battle rap, Charron has earned his spot and then some. Over the course of his more than 4 years career, the Ottawa, ON emcee has had to overcome more obstacles that is normal for a battle rapper. From being discounted due to his age, to being overlooked in BET due to his race, Charron has become the poster boy for determination, never giving up and instead powering though the adversity to become one of the fastest rising hip hop artists in Canada. Coming down from a spree of recent battles including matchups with Arsonal, DNA, and Unanymous, Charron is still climbing his way to the top and showing no signs of slowing. Also I'm pretty sure one of the reasons of why battles aren't judged anymore is because of how it affects the KZbin ratings. Fanboys will dislike a video if the battler they root for didn't win, and that ends up giving terrible 50/50 ratings to videos that are of great overall quality. YT is what battle rap thrives on nowadays after all, and constantly getting shit ratings on videos thanks to butthurt fanboys will have a negative effect on the exposure of the channel.

I agree with the posts about The Saurus talking - but honestly, thats something that comes from his past in Freestyle battles For those who remember when Bars weren't always written, you'll often see people like Nocando, Dizaster, etc talking during a battle - it was part of the culture because it could fuel rebuttals when battles were based on on the spot observations - respect

Exactly...Back in the day Charron was aight because he did the Eminem hustle. Show up be the nerdy white guy, predict your opponents insults, then surprise them with flow & freestyle, go for the jugular... A few years ago he started trying to get all loud, put bass in his voice and spit these aggressive and "violent" bars. It's garbage coming from him. That's why Twist never did it, Fresco never did it, Carter Deems never did it, Kreuger doesn't do it. Because it's about as believable as Arsenal don't drive a bus. Ok the kid can write, but we're way passed that. Who can't write a hot verse with 2 weeks of preparation? My infant daughter can jump off a titty and kick a hot verse. His breath control is horrible and he's got the voice of the teenager on the Simpsons. So as far as MCing goes it's trash. Wow holy shit, even on a first viewing that was instant classic. Way too many bars went over the crowd's head which isn't surprising as a lot of the bars referenced pop culture and battle rap history that would require you to be around for awhile to catch all of it. I hope people do bar for bear breakdowns before judging, and anyone who says 3-0 bodybag either way should be ignored. Both had incredible 3 rounds prepared. Going to have to watch this a few more times to declare a winner.

Charron’s delivery is just awful to listen to. He always ends his punch by screaming the last few words in his opponent’s face along with a chopping motion with his hand. “You’re twice my age and I’ve accomplished two times more (huge neck extension) THAN YOU!!” Literally the end of every bar.
