My diet plan. Breakfast-I eat dosa and idly for breakfast some days and idly and dosa for other days. For lunch- I eat whatever my family prepares. Sometimes Sambar and most of the time Rasam.If I got luck I will get some fries😀 Finally for dinner- Whatever cooked for lunch.Previously I was 76 now I am 65. Moral-- No fancy foods and junkies🤪🤪

I appreciate him sharing his healthy diet routine. Get Inspired, but dont follow his diet plan blindly as his water intake, age, workout routine are not discussed on this video. If you just see these recepies and try without suffient sleep, exercise, water intake, I assure we will hurt our Kidney and liver function so badly it will not recover. High protien diet which he prescribe should be followed under strict workout and lifestyle conditions and if not will harm our organs more than it can do good. Let's keep our food intake simple, sleep well and Stay healthy!

Once awhile only I eat like this.. Otherwise cook what I hv in fridge... Tofu sambal, sardine curry, eeg sambal/curry,nasi lemak, fried rice, dhal curry... Vegetables fry, rasam
Guys eat what you like . But follow three things in life . 1. Sweat everyday in the morning .. do any excersise which make you sweat. 2. Drink water as much as possible. Max 250 ml per hour 3. Eat less quantity food . Which makes you digest very soon. Avoid heavy solid foods and non veg for dinner . Don't eat anything after 9pm.
