I really like this printer so far, but having the screws to losen the Hotend behind the fan and even worse behind the probe turns a simple nozzle swap into a project. - a total of 8 screws to losen the hotend. - everytime the probe needs to be adjusted again. this could have been made way simpler by having the screws for the hotend at the front!

forget this company, it doesn't help customers, zero assistance.. after a month they still haven't solved my problem with the motherboard! and they no longer respond to emails! stay away and if you inform yourself you will understand for yourself that it is not a serious company, I would like my printer to work, I spent money in vain

DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND OF PRINTER, I BOUGHT A KP5 IT CAME WITH A KP3 BOARD, IT DOESN'T ACCEPT BLTOUCH, THE MANUFACTURER DOESN'T MAKE THE FIRMWARE AVAILABLE TO BE ABLE TO MESS WITH IT, IN METHOD I THROW MY MONEY IN THE TRASH
