Digging in NY sucks. I went to NY to visit cousins, and I was expecting to come up on a GRIP, and I didn't find a half-decent record for under $30.00. I came home w/ nothing. I'll be damned. I was more than happy to truck my ass back to Florida, and dig through Clearwater thrift shops, finding late 70's/early 80's disco/boogie/soul that would prob never make it past Georgia. It's hard work, but the outcome is worth it.

The Band is called "Horselemat", I do not know the title of the record. The track "Right on" is included on Kon & Amir's new 2CD: Off Track, Volume One. I would definitely appreciate a re-edition of this record!

I always wondered if every song ever made or put to vinyl/cd could be compiled how long it would be...I'm guessing it would take generations to compile it...

I went about things all wrong...all wrong. I started buying cds in the early 90s and bought and bought and bought. Then in my early 20s I got into vinyl and am still trying to replace all of my cds with vinyl. Its tough but I can tell you one thing Ive picked up some rare stuff especially Jazz albums never put to disc...theres just something about vinyl...you really have to love music to put together a huge collection of vinyl. Great Video. AnnArborMichigan Digger

Group is called "Hörselmat" and the record is probably "Svenska Löd AB" from 1971. Only 200 copies was made, which explains the prize. Hörselmat can be translated "Food for your hearing", but it's made into an idiosyncratic awkward word.
