When people ask me what my favourite song is, I say Trani. The live version from Day Old Belgium Blues. Because there's never a time/period-in-life where I will skip this song on my playlist. Monday blues? Trani. Get amped for a night out? Trani. Mourn a recent tragedy? Trani. It makes me cry, live ,cry and live again in a space of 5:42 minutes. I've lost my voice in a pillow screaming "oscillating", and walked through streets after a good night out singing along to the earphones blasting through skull. This song always puts a smile on my face.

Who's still listening to this masterpiece in 2924? Was at the Weston Park site to hear this in 2010. Incredible.

the slower they play this song the better it gets. thats a song that made me fall in love with kings of leon. i could easily go to a show of theirs and listen to this song played 22 times in a row.

I was at Chelmsford...and was one of about 5 people there that that even knew KOL existed before sex is on fire! Trani is the best live song they perform but they'll soon drop it in favour of the tepid, middle of the road shit that they now (over) produce. Dont forget the fans that made you and that you once wrote about! Kasabian kicked your arses by the way!!

Great performance (Not as good as Bonnaroo performance). Anyways these 'SEX ON FIRE' fans don't appreciate a classic. Wouldn't be surprised if they referred this song as grunger music!!
