Noted I needed one more ship in the Dwarf fleet here as per the ship/50pt rule. Totally forgot about this rule in my excitement to get the Dreadnought on the tabletop

Hallo. I ask one question to anyone can answer me: the rules tells you must have at least one ship for every 50 points. Do you consider slooping squadrons as ships? May I have one XL main battle ship and 2 Slooping squadrons in 150 points fleet, or not?

So the rulebook just says for every 50pts you have to have one ship of any size in your fleet. However there are also limits on support ship numbers based on main ship numbers. No fleet just of sloops 🙂 Hope that's helps 👍

On Turn 2 You fired your bow shot from dreadnaught at blood runner and said that you need a 6 (5 normally and +1 for distance. I am quite new to the game but as your dread naught was doing speed 3 is that not another minus so you would have required a +7. Also if i am correct the hammerfists were at speed 3 so i believe and correct me if I am wrong as I am just learning but that would have been minus 2 for your dreadnaugt to shoot at the hammerfist?

No you are correct here. Speed of Shooting and Speed of Target ships stack so Speed 3 firing at Speed 3 is -2 to hit 👍

Dorf Fleet is illegal; you need at least 1 ship for every 50 points.

This is an ongoing debate we are having now. Yes they are incredible at dealing punishment but they are easy to outmanoeuvre. Only time will tell 🙂

Makes sense. As a brand new player it looks oppressive, but who knows what fliers and magic are also about to do in terms of shaking up Armada!

@@markgottlieb9126 Honestly from playing the game from its release it seem fairly well balanced so I'd suggest picking what you think is cool and playing that 👍
