Love the Knight. This should always be one of the staples of any fantasy army. I like the Baslean forces and most of the sculps look awesome!

The Basilean range fills a great niche. There are some problems with it, but I've been intending to pick some up once the "to paint" pile dies down a bit.

I have a huge undead army from the kings of war line. Would be nice to have something else I love their models.

I like the Angels and the Lion mount but not sure if this will be the faction for me.

The Elohi are an interesting take for the army of men, would have liked a little more barding for the cavalry but that is more a personal preference.

Absolutely agreed. Thoughts on the miniatures are very subjective, but you can still use other manufacturers and play KoW. About 90% of the people I've demoed it to prefer it over the alternatives.

I like these guys, I got a chance to play them in a demo. against the Abyssal Dwarves. When I played them they were very...melee based. I had one ranged unit, that didn't do much and I got the feeling that these guys live for close combat. Not to mention any time they don't waver with morale they just regenerate hit points. They might not gain health quickly, but with a supporting heal or two it becomes a war of attrition and these guys will win, usually. You want to get stuck into close combat, and when you do...get to purging the enemy.

Try it out! The rules are free on Mantics website and if you've got a WFB army then you can use it in Kings of War.

I like what Mantic is doing with the simplicity of Unit-Based gameplay apposed to the Model-Based gameplay of other publishers, like GW, not to target anyone.
