God bless you. I also came to Christ as an adult 39 years ago. At first I was kind of low and wished I’d been raised in a Christian home and was so ashamed of my previous life. I gradually began to appreciate the timing of my conversion. When you come to Christ as an adult you have sure knowledge of what you would be without him and can see the lines more distinctly. It’s like the scripture telling the parable of the difference in gratitude between the one who was forgiven the great debt and the one forgiven little.

This was my daddy’s favorite song. He tried to sing it every day. Lord knows he couldn’t carry a tune in a bucket. But my son sang it to him while he was passing. I just bought my first house and I have been thinking about my daddy so much since. I don’t know how this came up in my feed, but I know my daddy sent your beautiful song to me. It is Christmas Eve and I’ve never heard such a beautiful rendition. My father passed in 2016 and it was one of his favorites.
