He so calmly explained such points just like my grandfather. In reality, at those points, when asked about cold emails everybody tries to explain the same things but actually they beat around the bush and couldn't really articulate their thoughts in exact words. He told exactly those points in such ease and so precise that everybody could understand the real picture behind writing cold emails and getting a response. That was the psychology of a person getting an email, articulated in simple intelligible intelligible words. Thank you Professor Laureate.
