One of their best songs. What's not to love about this song? The bass line is dope, the drums kick ass, the guitar riffs are bad ass and of course Caleb's vocals are top notch. The lyrics are also great. Just an awesome song all around.

I bet there are genres you don't like, snowflake. Easy to say you 'can easily adjust' when they all always go more mainstream and tries to get a larger fanbase by making music the most people likes. Sometimes, and most times, it does though leave a large fanbase behind, who really liked the weird shit they had going on before. It's not just kings of leon, it's also arctic monkeys, green day, and generally just most major pop/rock and pop/punk bands.

That's not an awful lot of genres compared to you said you liked all. How about Johnny Rebel, Hanzel und Gretyl, Bach, Astor Piazzolla, etc. Stuff that isn't really mainstream? 'cause you mostly just named just everyone today listens to, and I'm not saying it makes the music bad, but it means most of the artists you named fall under the same few genres. But what about experimental classical tango focused on making music without sense (not talking about Piazzolla)? I've heard some fucked up music, that some people actually liked, but it seems like they actually used sounds that are naturally irritating our brains, like a siren from an ambulance or a tiger's roar. What makes us call you a special little snowflake is the fact that you say you like all genres, when you haven't even heard half of them. It's like saying "I like all flavors of ice cream!" but you obviously haven't tasted my turd flavor yet. As a musical student I've always tried to understand why people like different genres of music, and I first thought it was something political or a state of mind thing, but everything just pointed to the fact that people have different tastes, and while some people don't like Hendrix, others don't like Bieber. It doesn't make any of it good or bad (although I feel bad about comparing Hendrix to Bieber), people just have very certain tastes when it comes to music. I've seen people like you telling they like all of it, and I believed it, I think they were telling the truth, but it only ever lasted until they heard some fucked up shit that was just unlikable. I'm not saying you're a liar, I'm just saying if you think you like it all, then you haven't heard it all. Sorry for the long ass rant :P

now this is the Kings of Leon I know and love, I was in a new high school when I was first shown Kings of Leon by a friend who is still my friend to this day, such a sound track to my coming of age, Joe's head, taper jean girl, red morning light, on call, charmer, classics tunes, I think they went way too commercial with their sound, I miss the dirtiness the songs and vocals had. while I'm here I wanna throw my friend some love for all the good times, he's a music producer now and has just released a banging dirty indie tune, try searching Lonely Gimmick - Grumpy Days, it's seriously one of the best new indie tracks I've heard in a while,

This song is one my best friends. It's always there for me when I need. I don't feel as lonely because of music. Music is one of greatest loves I have ever known in my life. Second only to GOD, for whom without, essentially, there wouldn't be any music beyond the wind to hear, but only the music inside of you. And that's only if you have music inside you. I have the music in me. And I'm in the music. It's my favorite and the most consistent creation I've ever known. Im most likely in the final spaces of my life. My heart is shorting out, literally. Like a computerized short circuit bc I have long qt syndrome. So my heart is having a hard time continuing beats bc there is a long space before it has what it needs to beat again. Considering myself and the human experience I'm having for nearly 45yrs, it's actually....most poetic. I'm grateful for the ppl of Kings Of Leon.
