Actually, the Wolf Fang skill state that, when your Warg failed to trigger Prowling Wolf, there's 12% chance to auto-cast Warg Bite. That's how it is.

@KingSpadeGaming yes, it should be like this : "There's a 12% chance to trigger Warg Bite when the normal attack doesn't trigger Prowling Wolf and Wind Warg is in follow mode."

maybe because you have wind warg instead of the regular warg the reason why the regular prowling is no longer being triggered base on the description of the skill

@@Mr_Smile981 yeah definitely crit will have higher damage, the pen build is just recently being buff for the longbow, previously the pen build is not a viable build. That being said, the crit build has so much support in this game, for hunter class there are crit passive skill that increase its damage even more, more than the pen build. To not let the crit build to lack behind damage, they now make the falcon and warg to deal crit famage, it is obvious they want the crit to be the mainstream build.

@@SUSHI4lyf hi you can go for longbow dex crit neutral element build, this build have high damage ceiling. or you can also go for longbow dex penetration neutral build, this build have a slow pickup, the pen build will slowly shine at higher level.

@@สราวุธฟักภู่ im using longbow pen build with auto attack and also skill. previously for ranger, i use focused shot and sharp shooting skill while also doing auto attack. Now with 4th job windhawk, apart from normal attack, i also use warg bite, falcon assault, hawk boomerang, and gale storm skill too.

the problem is, the falcon is INT based multiplier and the warg is p.dmg haha if you put dex crit build, you will benefit from all of the new skills and balancing but, if you are an int type falconer.. you are now a hybrid 51%dex 49%int, crit character. 😂

@@KingJhayJ with Hawk Mastery, the Falcon now used DEX based multiplier as extra damage.

Hawk mastery changed the calculation of all skills falcon from int to dex so there is no need for hybrid.
