Bro you should also try an hybrid build on him. Quite fun both top and jungle I build it with fleet footwork or presicion with free boots and speed up thingy when you slow them ; trinity, anti slow boots, nashors from here you just go ap or ad depending on the enemy team and use your mushrooms to chase down any ad characters actually.

They give ambessa 25 dashes in 30 secs but they cant give teemo a little roll.

Ambessa likely won't have that much impact outside of super high elo and pro play. She is very easy to shut down. Needs coordinated play to shine.

50 range would make him permanan. Would be best adc in the game. His short range is the only thing keeping Teemo balanced
