Kingstix the way the e works is that as soon as you hit an enemy champ or large monster, you can only drag them a certain set distance regardless of how long is left in the rest of your e. So if you started your e immediately next to an enemy, you could only move them so far. However starting your e at max range and then hitting them at the very end of your e you still get to move them just as far, as in the previous case. You will still get that extra distance added to your e time in the second case, and in the first case a bunch of your e time will get erased since you immediately hit an enemy with it

When the skarner e hits a champ, it carries them in the direction your going an additional set distance. The cursor when first casting the e show the distance you can travel if you don’t grab a champ.
