Dang that little art gallery on Broadway didn't last long. Just realized I haven't been to midtown since Covid hit, miss it. Miss going anywhere to be honest been stuck in the Saug, which I love but there's only so much ya can take. Except one drive down Albany Ave, I saw there was a lot of construction @ the end of Broadway, guess they're trynna simplify that intersection. Can't believe all these months have passed & I haven't done much. Light & love to ya Ktown.

Old town, nice town, city actually. Fairly typical for this part of the country. Lotta charm.

I lived right there in the 1960s and 1970s (house has been torn down since then), walked all over those streets as a kid, went to school in what is now the library. Thanks for the drive down memory lane.

I also went to Sojourner Truth Elementary. Lived all around that neighborhood (Franklin, Liberty, Prospect etc). Left in 87 and rarely ever make it back.

I thank you very much for these excellent rides inside for me during this time of staying safe & Secure by staying home the majority of time and I’m able to enjoy them sooo much by being a you tube prime member with a television screen the same size as a front window shield and able to sit in a very comfortable position with the same distance of a back seat of a vehicle which allows me to enjoy it soo much feeling as if I am taking the ride not the drive in areas like these that I live nearby and know of very well these are my favorite rides inside

I thought Kingston was a farming community
@thomaschristoforo903711 ай бұрын
I don't think it's ever been a farming community. There's a lot of historic information around the town on the industries that it was built on, mostly shipping and cement and brick production, and I think there was a mine around at some point up until IBM shut down back in the 90s. Now it's more of a place for people who are sick of NYC.
@basicmeme1040Ай бұрын
It is. This is the most inner coty area, which is still a normal neighborhood comoared to most
