(A BIG WASTE OF MONEY) Times have inflated like a MF, we went to the compound back in the day.. it was like 5-6 stacks for the booth (It was a Birdman cash money release party) birdman didn't show up im assuminghis backend wasn't right but, but we was up next to everybody that was there.. came with a few bottles, we ordered like 6 more bottles to have a total of ten that came throughout the night. After throwing money (wasting more money, cause it wasn't strippers there) easily 10k-12k was spent that night between 3 of us.. left with some pictures, memories and some Bitches AND THATS IT! a big waste of money in hindsight just to "standout" The funny thing was we got the booth a week in advance a day before the party the ppl from the club called us back wanting to buy the booth back for a artist.. we said no cause we had already got our hotels in Buckhead etc got fresh etc and on the way to the A, come to find out it was Jeezy who was trying to get that booth.. nothing popped off, but he was periodically looking over at our booth like who the fuck is these niggas.. luckily Dj Infamous also from Michigan was there to give shout outs on the mic. And this was happening 2 weekends a month for like a year in different cities. That money should have been invested into the housing market in Detroit during the housing crash or bitcoin early! I just seen a house I used to live in was sold in 2008 for 20k back taxes during all those foreclosures. Now it's worth 160k. That would have been a come up, to use those profits towards other houses and land. We are a step behind but we need more app developers in our community and really tap into the internet world. We find ways to get paid off thier platforms but if we can make the apps trillions would pour into our community over time. Our community can make wine out of mud when we are in desperate situations. Are brains work on another level when are backs are against the wall to fix problems or make things easier to survive.
