Please l am told the Bito leaves needs to be boiled first, water strained before adding to the soup, because it has a sour taste.

I am also surprise she did not boil them separately and strained the water before adding to the soup. another thing is the pepper that was not blended but maybe it has to do with the blended ginger and the black pepper. but honestly I don't think its enough. I also think the ginger was way too much but a quarter of it could have been good and also a blended pepper should have been added. Its good anyway.
