The Iranian people see some of the best in the world. In 1990 I was dropped off from a bus in a tiny village near Urumieh in the middle of the night. I saw a like in a small house, knocked on the door and the old man invited me in. His old wife came in with a platter of pilau, they made a bed for me and only the next morning, after breakfast, did they ask who I was. What a lovely people.
