Am very sure you will find some that are very affordable. Try to search the ones located in Gombe, Ngaliema, areas. Very good part of the City. God Bless you

Is it possible to visit schools and univeristies ?, i live in Belgium and i'd like to move back to my beautiful country Congo and my kids will study there too, it will be nice to see good schools and to have an idea where to send kids. Thanks DM, we appreciate you on this channel. I have featured some higher institutions in Kinshasa in previous videos, in University of Kinshass, and the Academy des bauxite Arts. Both really nice schools, as a matter of fact, my wife attended the University of Kinshasa, where she studied Law. I will try to visit more schools for you guys. My advice is that you visit home first, check out all places of interest before you can get a good picture for your kids education, but it's safe to say, the schools are good. God Bless you

This place is just pass the Airport, going towards N'sele. This particular land, am not at liberty to disclose the price, it was all bought up. But, I hear that prices in that area now is about 15k to 20k a plot, which is usualy 20 ×20 meters in Congo, but also that prices depends on who you are buying from, etc. However, if you move more towards N'sele, kimpoko areas, you can still get much cheaper land.

Very good to hear that. Everybody is looking for land now in kinshasa. Would you believe I met some Indians in as far as kimpoko, looking for land to buy? Kinshasa will explode in growth within the next decade, and I will hate to see Africans not able to buy land in their home country. I have no blame for anyone investing in our lands, but I just want to encourage our people to get involve early enough. We desperately need investments in Africa, so just as we are able to invest in lands in the US and Europe, they can also have the freedom to invest here. The World is fast becoming a global village. @Travel vlogs by Lasarian. definitely we will reach out, Indians and Chinese are everywhere, even in my parents home state, they are now buying land I heard, my cousin who doesn't live in Kinshasa told me. I heard on one of your videos, you called one of your son Josiah, not so sure but anyway, I also have son named Josiah but mine is a teenager. We are purchasing land when we come, we have some in kinkole and the badara area, but we still need more,so our children can have their own too. Thanks brother.
