In 2013 my mom was diagnosed with Dementia, Demacular she was blind so I retired in 2013 to care for her I moved her in with me ..in 2015 she had a sore on her foot that wouldn't heal she had bad circulation they amputated her leg and from their didn't get better ..she passed away April A week b4 her b-day. I had no regrets taking care of her she was a sweet heart.God gave me strength....I don't need sympathy this is my story it is all true. Now I care for my husband he has CLL , He's had health problems starting in 2018 ..He's doing well today..Thank God 🙌 I continue to decorate with what I have I have done diy..Anyway I love your decor..I enjoy your sense of humor..

My dad was a Quadriplegic from 1987 he love To decorate for Christmas and I have carried in that tradition ..IWe cared for my dad for 8 years at home I decorated for him even tho he wasn't able to...He passed away in 1994 ..I never regretted caring for him . I Was a single parent .I worked 2 full time jobs a care for 2 of my kids and cared I worked 8:00 - 3 .3:30 - midnight cared for my dad 12midnight - 7 and back to work God gave me strength I give him all the glory..

Oh my goodness why wouldn’t anyone want this !! I am 78 yrs old and what a blessing this would be for me ! I want to do what you do so much ! I could really learn a lot from you ! I would be honored to have you wonderful gifts ! I live on a beautiful lake in Alabama. I have live here for 50 yrs !! It was not popular when we moved here but now on my goodness we bought our lot for 18,000 and they now sale for 400,000 up !! We did not even have paved roads ! There are many things that I thoroughly enjoy and love about your channel and all of your videos. Probably the top thing I love is how passionate you are when it comes to decorating. When it comes to many designers I've seen, everything is always making it seem as if they're totally self conceited. Loved this montage of ten years! I joined the Robeson fan club in 2017 when I found your KZbin video of the most amazingly gorgeous tree I’ve ever seen. When I saw the crystal garland I decided I had to have it. I started my search with Canterbury Gardens they were sold out. After hours of searching the internet I finally found an online Trim store, yay! I was elated and then saddened in a 10 second timeframe. I finally found it but it was too pricey for my budget to decorate a whole tree. Fast forward to 2018 and like magic the coveted crystal garland is available at Canterbury Gardens under your name. Kudos to you and what a great idea to have some of your most fabulous tree jewelry available for all. The garland is on my Christmas wish list this year. I could watch this over and over again! The love between you and your children is beyond awesome and they all seem to have gotten your creative gift each in their own way. The compilation of Christmas decorating over the last ten years is amazing. Every year offers a tip for all of us to implement in our own homes. I don’t know how you don’t get overwhelmed with coming up with a new ideas. I would love to win the traditional red and green or Ralph Lauren box because it would be the first time my Christmas decorations would look cohesive and well put together. Appreciate your videos on KZbin! As a senior on a fixed income I am always looking for ways to 'compact' my possessions in my small rental space that does not look like the typical cube we are forced to live in as we age. I am also an artist & sew so I need hobby work space & it is difficult to pull out supplies I always have to hide & then place them away so I have a place to eat or sit down! LOL..It's crazy. I also have a 'slight' disability & always looking towards how I will be functioning in the future as far as mobility, etc. in my space. ...so being a member your 'Design Sessions' would be helpful to me to get that "decorator style", on a budget in a rental that is not only functional but beautiful in design. I am so very blessed, Rebecca! I have been a subscriber for several years😄 I believe I subscribed one night when I couldn't sleep because of a chronic illness. I would love to win the design sessions because my husband and I live in my husband's sister & my brother-in-law's first house where they raised their chilfren. My husband has been the Pastor/Director of Wings of Life addiction recovery ministry in Mobile, AL since 1988. We live pretty conservative lives because we invest so much into the ministry. Almost every piece of furniture we own we entered into our marriage with or it has come from our ministry's thrift store. I would love to learn the design principles you teach so I can make both our home and our ministry a more beautiful place to live. We don't put up a tree in our home but there are several at Wings and if I won the flickering candles I would use them on the tree in the Day Room which is where we have our yearly Christmas party and also where the Ladies have class and dine at each meal time. I think that ALL our staff, volunteers and residents would really appreciate it being decorated with the lights that are so traditional because we operate in a building that was an old Catholic School that was built in the late 1800s. We have a wonderful history and I would so love to bring our tree to life with the flickering candles! Thank you for considering me/us for one of the prizes. To: the lady who lost her house My husband and I will be praying for you and your family to be cared for and provided for by good and loving family, friends, neighbors and community. One of the reasons why I want to be a designer is because I love seeing people’s faces when they walk into their brand new space. Helping them feel good about where they live is so important. Being able to get to know their personality and turn that into a beautiful design is just incredible and so much fun. A lot of my family doesn’t really understand why I want to do interior design. When I talk about my plans to turn it into a career they brush it off as if it’s just a silly hobby. Maybe they think that making someone’s house look beautiful is not a necessary or important job. But I know that being a designer is more than just making things look pretty. Your house is an important part of your life. You spend most of your time there and it’s going to affect the way you feel. I have had times when I broke down crying because my house just did not feel like home. Another amazing benefit to doing interior design is the creative outlet. I never thought that I was very creative, even though as a musician I was supposed to be. But since I started pursuing interior design I think I have found my creativity. All of this I owe to you Rebecca. Years ago on December 14 I lost my oldest Son in Brasil, he was just 20 years old. Because it was so close to Christmas I though I would never have the inspiration to decor my house ever again.
