That’s because of the poor writing and terrible dialogue of the final season because the writers were too wimpy to use the over terminology for a romantic relationship, in a show that ends with the two main leads getting married at a presumably young age.

Yea they're the best and they look so cute. I'm really proud of Kion. Before season 3 I never thought he will find love much less become a king! Let's say I was really surprised when it happened. My baby grew up so fast 😢😢

Yes, I like Kion and Rani. Some people say that Rani didn't really love Kion. Which might have been true at first, but the animators eventually started drawing Rani's pupils larger while talking to and about Kion. One biological thing is, when we see/think about someone/something we like, our pupils diliate (a muscle we have no voluntary control over). So I think maybe Rani was after Kion for his roar initially, but then grew to actually like him.

“I’m sorry Kion, Fuli’s right we should go” Fuck Fuli! Maybe she should go instead! I really hated Fuli’s character in season 3 she was so against Kion and Rani’s growing relationship and against Rani plus she doubted Nirmala and her healing abilities to heal Kion and was so against them staying at the tree of life all because she wanted to go back to the Pridelands whilst everyone else wanted to stay 😒 I just really disliked her in season 3 she was even against helping the snow monkeys because she wanted them to continue on to the next landmark 🙄

Kion’s already a great leader!” Rani only said he had potential because he didn’t believe in himself and meant he had potential to be a great leader again but not the courage he needed to be a good leader again because he doubted himself I doubt Rani meant it in a bad offensive way

My God these are the most childish comments I've seen. First of all, no fuli was not rude to kion, that was Rani actually. Fuli was defending and respecting kion and she was there for him when he needed some time to relax from the pain of his scar. Rewatch the show again

Something about Rani makes me wanna cringe. Even when I was watching the show when I was younger, something about her just did not sit right. She never seems interested in Kion unless the roar is brought up. This makes me believe she's more impressed by the roar than Kion himself. This is further backed up in the second to final episode (MAYBE the final episode? I forgot) when she says, "Maybe the roar will return again, someday." The fact she refers to Kion as the roar is just... what the fu**? If my theory is true, then fu** Rani. Kion should've ended up with Tiifu if she was better developed.

If you go back to the episode after they arrive at the tree of life Kion complete the task Nirmala gives him he goes to help Rani and the others out when he works with Rani without using the roar then Rani says “I guess we make a pretty good team after all” that’s when she finally realizes that he is actually a good person she also mentions him as “the roar” is because that’s the first thing he did when they met and it’s probably just a nickname think of it that way.

Yeah no- how is everyone so freaking blind?? This relationship is not healthy or real at all. First of all, Rani mentions the roar about staying more than kion and she constantly calls him the roar, second, you can see so many times the looks on her face when she realizes she can use his ability to his advantage. People please rewatch this and watch carefully and open your eyes!!! And third, she is so freaking rude and awful towards him! Mentally putting him down while he's trying to heal and it's not his fault. I'm actually very worried about the kinds of relationships these people have if they think this is a healthy relationship!
