for anyone who is confused on how rga ran out of slow falling and she didn't; Kiply used the potion, therefore her potion cut was first-hand, and RGA's was second-hand. Second-hand potion use is about 2-7 seconds shorter at the min/max. Method can be applied to all potion uses
