Hello Carrie and Esther Pie. Your garden is beautiful. What a lot of love and care you’d given to this once empty area over the past 10 years. I am delighted to see it all. Wow! I recently left my very full and lovely garden in California. We moved to Paris. I’ve made a small balcony garden, but I’m relying on yours now. I love that your garden is both delightful as well as purposeful. I’ll be living in yours vicariously. Sending blessings and love. ❤❤

@@1000sofroots Thank you so much Carrie. It was time to downsize. We quit while we were still on top on our game. Paris is interesting I must say. I have a good crop of strawberries - well considering I only have three plants. My one tomato plants promises to provide a couple of salads. Blessings in return.

Oooohhhh the beauty😮❤❤ I've watched this space be transformed by all your hard work ,from paddock to this pure ,joyful , relaxing space. Glory to God above for his creation and giving us the means and strength to steward such things. If your Hammock is getting the use ours does, it's a wonderful addition. Esther and all the children are learning so much from you , such useful information about plants for food and health will last them their lifetime. I've been very slowly changing this current growing space into bark paths and less weeds by creating vine or arrowroot growing thickly along fences as a barrier. More flowers every year are really helping me enjoy my space even more. Thank you for your inspiration and sharing with us. I hope your hand feels better by now. ❤❤

Beautiful gardens, one can tell you garden with your whole heart. We have been getting so much rain here, we may not get much from ours. I had a bumper crop of strawberries coming, but the rain made most of them rot. I did notice where there was more straw put down, that protected them somewhat, so a lesson learned. Usually a few crops do real well, if so I will be happy and thankful.

Your garden is just amazing! Everything looks so healthy. It looks like the perfect time of year for gardening in Missouri. Here in the South where I live some plants are becoming stressed from the heat . I did hear that Missouri and states up North are experiencing a heat wave . My better bush tomatoes did wonderful and are so tasty. I have garlic in my small garden and I’m not sure what variety because for Mother’s Day my husband planted the garlic for me . He also added a small bed at the end of our somewhat larger raised bed and that’s where he put the garlic . I was surprised to see the garlic bulbs at the top of your garlic plant. I think you said it was a hard variety . I missed your last video so I need to catch up on my viewing. I love every plant in your garden and I was going to name some of them but all the plants are doing so well I would have named every plant!! Thank you for sharing your homestead May our Lord bless you & your family ❤

Absolutely beautiful Esther pie and all of the children have gained so much knowledge from you that is such a blessing! Ester pie your blueberry pancakes look so mouthwatering. Carrie if you have Plaintain growing chew it and put it on the wasp sting like a poultice lots of love and prayer. As far as your corn do you hand pollinate or do you go by wind pollination? I have my cabbage covered in tullie do you uncover the cabbage completely while watering ? My family and I look forward to your next video and we enjoyed the piano lesson at the end God bless you and to family.

Plantain is our go to herb for stings. It took the pain away within minutes and even the initial swelling went down before the end of the day. We hand pollinate our corn whenever we grow a small patch. We don't uncover the cabbage to water. It seems to go through the cover pretty evenly. Blessings to you and your family.❤
