Daibase first effect doesn’t call cards from the drop it just put dimension police from drop zone into soul. U use other dai base second effect to play dimension police from soul.

Read the skills of Hollow Raptor and Vacan Fang. You only reveal 3 cards not 4 and put all grade 1 or greater units to the soul.

i beleive that when you have 2 daidragons in soul, they both get called by riding daiyusha
